You mean, I can use an American Credit card at an ATM without inputting a PIN number? I don't think so. Yes, you can charge to an account without a PIN, but you cannot use an ATM with a credit card without a PIN. All credit cards come with a PIN number. At least any that I've seen in various countries.

I don't think you can use American credit cards in ATMs. If you want to use an ATM you need to have a debit card or an ATM card. Credit cards are for purchases only, to my knowledge. (Someone who actually has an American credit card want to confirm?)

I think you are mistaken there Merkuri. I can pay my credit card at an ATM and I can take cash advances on my credit card from an ATM (although I pay interest from day 1 on cash advances). Credit cards do come with a PIN number.

Huh, I guess I'm wrong. Like I said, I've never had an actual credit card, just debit.
