I agree with Jemima. We have a duty to submit to the authorities based on the mutual realization that they have the duty to protect our rights. If we don't submit to them totally, we are not in the right. Giving our name is just a small example. If they have proper clearance, we have to let them into our houses, take whatever they want, and question to whatever extent necessary. Granted, there are safeguards in place to prevent them from abusing that power, but that shouldn't overshadow or hinder their main purpose.
