Welcome back, Galadon!
Indeed, this site kinda went anti-Bush in your absence.
By the way, personally, being non-American, I don't care much about who will win the coming elections, although I DO have a personal dislike of Bush, as well as of all who start bloody wars for economical reasons (I don't really know a GOOD reason for starting a war, unless it's self-defense, that's it). On the other hand, it will be kinda boring without ol' Bush around, what other president will openly say that he never stops thinking of the new ways to hurt his country and his people?! ;D

Regardless what you hear from the left, the war in Iraq wasn't started for economic reasons.

I'd still love to hear a reason that stands up to the facts that isn't economic

So to stop terrorism you
invaded a country with no known conections with terrorist groups.
invaded a country with no reason to support terrorism
invade a country that had never actualy expressed the desire to strike at the USA
invade a country that had never struck out at the USA
And lets not forget had zero WMD.
Seems to me we created a lot of terrorists when we invaded.
Or am I missing something here?

LOL! But seriously, I thought it to be a common knowledge that Bush went to Iraq for oil, in addition to an opportunity to establish a pro-USA governemnt in there after “freeing” Iraq from Saddam’s dictatorship. And so, I don’t really understand why Galadon tries so hard to deny it when most (if not all) people here know the truth and aren’t going to believe in Galadon’s weak (no offense meant, Galadon, but IMHO you aren’t especially convincing) reasoning. However, in Bush's defense (not really in Bush's defense, but rather in Kerry's offence), I must say that were Kerry in Bush's shoes, he would probably go to Iraq too. I don't enjoy reading about people dying because USA president attempts to keep his precious dollar up, but I understand that for the rich and powerful dollar is actually more important then people's lives (they are quite certain that neither they nor their friends/relatives are going to be among those who die). It is sad, but true. And it’s true for any country, I suppose. Either way, I don't think Kerry will be able to do anything now, even if he wins the next election. Bush has already started the war, and now it will go 'till the bitter end. P.S.You would like to see an answer. OK, of course you won't like it. I am kinda curious... Will Galadon really give us the answer, or just some more dirt about Kerry? I remember the similar situation, when Hussar posted about Bush's failing to fulfill the promises he made, and Galadon, after saying, and I’ll quote... Let's get to your goals in a minute, I'm only saying this so you don't think I'm not answering. ...Actually “answered” by saying how bad Kerry is. For those who are interested, here is the direct link to that thread: shadowdragons69.proboards2.com/index.cgi?board=WyrmDen&action=display&n=1&thread=1086

Your right Galadon You don't side step questions at all you just plain ignore them. Challenger Yup, that appears so. But, Challenger, if I was in your shoes, I would think twice about pressing this matter. You know, you play in a couple of Galadon's online RPGs... And there is that phrase from "Famous Last Words of Adventurers from Many Lands"...
