Not bad, for a first try. (That sounds trite, but take it at face value. It really is a good first try). A few things:
First, how many points do you have in each of the backgrounds? You get 5 total, but you just put which ones you have, didn't say how many points in each one.
Second, you didn't put your gnosis, rage, willpower, or starting renown. These are automatic, so it could be looked up, but its a good idea in light of freebie points and such.
Third, did you account for freebie points? Your abilities and attributes are all at their starting levels, and you didn't put down gnosis/rage/willpower, so its okay if you put them into that, but otherwise, lucky you, you are about to get extra backgrounds and abilities.
Fourth, you have too many gifts. You only have 1 for breed auspice and tribe each. If this is where you put your freebies, then I don't think it adds up...
====================================
On a related, yet entirely selfish note, of all the characters I have seen so far, I am the only one to put points in to the totem background. Since the benefit of this is based on everyone's totem points added together, there will be no use for those points unless other people put them in. So, maybe the pack should decide whether or not we want a totem spirit before we set the characters in stone.

I don't know, the book says I have to pick fetishes and rites. I found the fetish list, but can't decide what I need, and I didn't find one mention of rites, and it says you have to list them.
Second, you didn't put your gnosis, rage, willpower, or starting renown. These are automatic, so it could be looked up, but its a good idea in light of freebie points and such. I believe my Rage=5, but I have no idea where to find the information for the other items, couldn't find them listed anywhere.
Third, did you account for freebie points? Your abilities and attributes are all at their starting levels, and you didn't put down gnosis/rage/willpower, so its okay if you put them into that, but otherwise, lucky you, you are about to get extra backgrounds and abilities. Could you put this in English please?
Fourth, you have too many gifts. You only have 1 for breed, auspice and tribe each. If this is where you put your freebies, then I don't think it adds up... I put down what was listed in the book.....the book didn't say I had to pick just one for each thing.
The books are not clear, they should give page reference numbers, or examples of character creations, but all they seem to do is talk about what happens AFTER creation, and the gaming takes place.

The books can be a little confusing, because they are so careful about preserving the overall tone of the game. It all becomes very clear when you read the main book cover to cover a few dozen times, though.
One thing: there is absolutely nothing you need to know in the player's guide. I have never even used it myself. If you look in the main book, that is all you need to know. D&D this ain't. There is a certain chapter you are looking for that is devoted to character creation. It gives a detailed list of things to do, an example character creation, and, most importantly, there is a full page set of charts detailing starting gnosis, rage, etc. based on your breed, auspice, and tribe. I would give you the page number myself, but you managed to catch me whil I am visiting home, so I don't have access to my book right now
