*Sensing the struggle between the two opposing towers of force mixed with the turmoil of emotions swirling in his head, Sralhyr makes his way from the belly of the ship and towards the ramp. Seeing that Mogan is wounded, and hearing the pleas of the lady Jedi, the Zabrak exits the ship onto the rooftop. He then sprints to where the smuggler was, and attempts to hoist Mogan onto his shoulder and make it back to the ship.*
Sensing the turmoil at the ramp, Greeloo edges the ship closer to the combatants and Mogan, hoping that Sralhyr will be able to get back aboard easier, and that maybe the new Jedi can also make it aboard before the lunatic in the black armor grounds them all....permanently.
"Say good-bye, Vader." Mogan's arm suddenly grew numb, and a force twisted his body, forcing his shots to go wild. He fell to the rooftop, stunned.
What the hell...? Whats...whats wrong with my arm?!? Why can't I feel my arm?
Mogan hears voices, but it's like trying to listen to something underwater.
What's wrong with me? Mogan feels disoriented, and tries to get up, but can't. He feels arms around him, and is vaguely aware of moving. He looks back, and sees Shar battling with Vader, who's still standing. Mogan tries to change direction, back towards the fight, but his one arm is useless to him.
"No! Take me back! Don't leave him!" Mogan shouts.
No sooner are the decoys released they hit the ship with a wave of Vader's hand.. covering it upon detonation with the paint. Vader attempts to swat the ship away with the force but Shar's attacks demand his concentration..
Shar's movements carry him closer to the edge of the building.. the side of which is so tightly packed with the surrounding buildings that there is no room for a freighter on that side.
He force pushes Vader sending him sprawling on the ground, and focuses his attention on the ship.. the controls spring to life of their own volition and the ship rockets off toward the south west.
The last thing that can be seen of Shar is Vader's swipe and Shar falling off the building..
Grabbing at the controls Greeloo manages to spit out What the.... before getting the ship back under control before slamming into the traffice lanes. Bringing the ship to a stop, he turns towards the passenger compartment. Did we get Mogan? And what the hell happened to the ship. I suddenly had no control over it? Ickabar, is it a problem with the ship,. or is something else going on here?
Mogan struggles briefly as Deira and Sralhyr drag him into the ship. As the ramp door closes, Mogan looks back and see's Shar plummet off the edge of the building, the ship moving away from the scene. He furiously shakes himself free from their grasp, and screams, "NOOO!"
Mogan falls to his knees, his bowed head leaning up against the bulkhead, arms at his sides. He squeeze's his eyes tightly shut. His arm is still hanging lifeless against his body, but he seems unaware of it. After a couple moments, he starts to bounce his forehead off the wall, each time hitting it it harder than the last.
"Mogan listen.." Deira states calmly but firmly as they enter the freighter. "He's okay, he has his own way out.. he had to fake it for us all to get away."She kneels next to the enraged human, "I can't trace him - I didn't know him as I did you and we are simply too far away. His padawan may be able to find him if you are intent on this course."
She turns to Ickebar and the others, "the Jedi gave Mogan the coordinates to a place I at least promised I would go, a safehouse of sorts, and location of some of his allies. Perhaps then we can find out what is going on. We certainly cannot stay here with that black abomination, Vader he called him, following our every move."
She sighs, "that, is what you get when a Jedi goes bad."
Well if that Jedi gave you something Mogan, get it up here. His allies could also be in danger from that black armored whacko. Besides, I'm not exactly sure how much longer I can just float here overlooking the traffic lanes in this freighter without drawing too much attention. We need allies and he, apparently, gave his life so we could escape and find his friends. We need to get moving though.!
Kayla silently hangs back, near the cock pit and watches as Deira and Sralhyr bring the distraught Mogan aboard.
Slowly moving towards the others as she listens to everyone, she hears of the coordinates that were given to Mogan by the Jedi.
Walking even closer to Mogan, Kayla lays her hand on his shoulder and offers her condolences for the loss of his new friend.
~I realize that you wished to stay and help him, however sometimes things are out of our hands and we must go the way we are led. Have you also thought that perhaps the best way to honour the Jedi is to go and help his padawans and his friend?~
~Now if you like, I can enter the coordinates that you were given, so that we might be on our way, before anymore difficulties find their way to us in this region. ~
