Come on now...the best music ever, all those "hair" bands and more, like...........
IT'S RAINING MEN Performed by The Weather Girls
Hi - Hi! We're your Weather Girls - Ah-huh - And have we got news for you - You better listen! Get ready, all you lonely girls and leave those umbrellas at home. - Alright! -
Humidity is rising - Barometer's getting low According to all sources, the street's the place to go Cause tonight for the first time Just about half-past ten For the first time in history It's gonna start raining men.
It's Raining Men! Hallelujah! - It's Raining Men! Amen! I'm gonna go out to run and let myself get Absolutely soaking wet! It's Raining Men! Hallelujah! It's Raining Men! Every Specimen! Tall, blonde, dark and lean Rough and tough and strong and mean
God bless Mother Nature, she's a single woman too She took off to heaven and she did what she had to do She taught every angel to rearrange the sky So that each and every woman could find her perfect guy It's Raining Men! Hallelujah! - It's Raining Men! Amen! It's Raining Men! Hallelujah! It's Raining Men! Ame---------nnnn!
I feel stormy weather / Moving in about to begin Hear the thunder / Don't you lose your head Rip off the roof and stay in bed
God bless Mother Nature, she's a single woman too She took off to heaven and she did what she had to do She taught every angel to rearrange the sky So that each and every woman could find her perfect guy It's Raining Men! Yeah!
Humidity is rising - Barometer's getting low According to all sources, the street's the place to go Cause tonight for the first time Just about half-past ten For the first time in history It's gonna start raining men.
It's Raining Men! Hallelujah! - It's Raining Men! Amen! It's Raining Men! Hallelujah! - It's Raining Men!

No lyrics, but one of my favorites out of the 80s was Berlin! You Don't Know, The Metro and Will I Ever Understand You, are my favorites.
Duran, Duran! Notorious and Skin Trade!
INXS, Suicide Blonde! Now that was a song to dance to!!!
Depeche Mode! Stipped and Behind The wheel.
Just a few out of thousands that I loved! Prince tore me a new one with his HOT looks for a while. Thought I was never going to peel myself off of the walls when he crawled across the floor in, When Doves Cry! But, I have a weakness for a guy in drag!!! kinky! Think...Rocky Horror Picture Show!!!

remember GWAR? ;D they would wear those weird dorky costumes! David Bowie began scaring the world in the 80's too (with and without the assistance of the muppets)
Like Sid Vicious and Skid Row were a great punk memory too!

DURAN DURAN Album: Rio
"Hungry Like The Wolf"
Darken the city night is awire steam in the subway earth is afire Do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do Woman you want me give me a sign and catch my breathing even closer behind Do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do
In touch with the ground I'm on the hunt I'm after you Smell like I sound I'm lost in a crowd and I'm hungry like the wolf Straddle the line in discord and rhyme I'm on the hunt I'm after you Mouth is alive with juices like whine and I'm hungry like the wolf
Stalked in the forest too close to hide I'll be upon you by the moonlight side Do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do High blood drumming on your skin it's so tight you feel my heat I'm just a moment behind Do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do
In touch with the ground I'm on the hunt I'm after you Scent and a sound I'm lost and I'm found and I'm hungry like the wolf Strut on a line it's discord and rhyme I howl and I whine I'm after you Mouth is alive all running inside and I'm hungry like the wolf
Hungry like the wolf, hungry like the wolf, hungry like the wolf
Burning the ground I break from the crowd I'm on the hunt I'm after you I smell like I sound I'm lost and I'm found and I'm hungry like the wolf Strut on a line it's dicord and rhyme I'm on the hunt I'm after you Mouth is alive with juices like wine and I'm hungry like the wolf Burning the ground I break from the crowd I'm on the hunt I'm after you Scent and a sound I'm lost and I'm found and I'm hungry like the wolf Strut on a line it's discord and rhyme I howl and I whine I'm after you Mouth is alive all running inside and I'm hungry like the wolf

Artist :The Sweet Song: Ballroom Blitz
Oh it's been getting so hard. Living with the things you do to me. Oh my dreams are getting so strange
I'd like to tell you ev'rything I see. Oh I see a man at the back as a matter of fact his eyes are as red as the sun. And a girl in the corner let no one ignore her 'cause she thinks she's the passionate one.
Oh yeh it was like lightning ev'rybody was fright'ning and the music was soothing and they all started grooving.
Yeh yeh yeh yeh yeh and the man at the back said ev'ryone attack and it turned into a ballroom blitz And the girl in the corner said Boy I wanna warn ya it'll turn into a ballroom blitz ballroom blitz ballroom blitz...
I'm reaching out for something touching nothing's all I ever do. Oh I softly call you over when you appear there's nothing left of you. Now the man at the back is ready to crack as he raisers his hands in the sky. And the girl in the corner is ev'ryone's mourner
she could kill you with a wink of her eye.
Oh yes it was electric so frightfully hectic and the band started leaping 'cause they all stopped breathing
Oh yes it was like lightning...
Yeh yeh yeh and the man at the back said... Yeh yeh yeh and the man at the back said...

Hmmm, 80's pop, how 50/50 was that? LOTS of crap, but LOTS of classics. Especialy from the American scene, the earley starts of HipHop (Grandmaster Flash, De La Soul, Melle Mel, Suger Hill Gand, etc.). Then theres Jackson, The Police, Depeche Mode (well said Ahnemesis!) Gary Numan, Boy George, hmmm, I shan't name the bad stuff, looks like I would be offending alot of 'Hair metal' lovers!
