The Black Mages. They remade traditional final fantasy soundtracks into rock songs! Uematsu's even their pianist! How cool is that? Here's the link

Listening to Pavarotti's rendition of "La donna e mobile". It has a lot of nostalgia value. To me, anyway.

Well I must say I'm kinda stuck on system of a down right now and have been for a while. Why?Because compared to most of the hard rock bands out there who sing about taking drugs, killing people, raping women...ect,System of a down's music is more llike a wake up call, socialy, politicly as well as emotionally! It refers to everybody and mostly your own self.
I find a truth within their thoughts, honestly singing without any of the bulls**t
Do any of you share my opinion?

I have only heard two of their songs, maybe three, and I think their good if a bit weird. But I dont get their lyrics, it makes really no sense to me fx. "Eating seeds is daytime activite". I think it goes likes that....

I like that song too (aerials....umm,....I think I spelt it wrong too huh.),.......it's the only one I like of their work, and I don't really try to find any more of it.
I've been listening to my Apocalyptica album again,.....go out and buy it, it's brilliant,......and I've been listening to their version of "Hall of the mountain king" and it's amazing,......one heck of a piece, as I've always liked "Hall of the Mountain King" and this is great!
Also the song; "Until it Sleeps" which I decided to listen to the other day was also another great piece of work, by Apocalyptica.
*Regina blushes*....That's what I tend to do,....listen to songs on an Album which I really like first,...then gradually listen to the others on the album,.....in the end I usually listen to the whole CD and adore it.
