1 lb hamburger 2 tbls chili powder 2-16oz cans chili beans 2 tsp fresh garlic 2-16 oz cans tomatoe sauce 1 tbls worstershire sauce 1 pkg chili seasoning 1 tbls cocoa (yes, cocoa) 1 tbls dried red pepper flakes (optional) Brown hamburger in skillet. While hamburger is cooking, in 3 gt saucepan, combine all other ingredients over low/medium heat. When hamburger is done, drain and add to sauce mix. Bring chili to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1/2 hour. I don't know what cocoa does to chili. You can't taste it. But it sure does help the chili taste even better.

Mmm, I haven't had chili in ages. I might try this.
