Let me start by saying that I'm something of a fan of both Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore. I've seen more or less all of Adam Sandler's movies, most of them more than once. I think that Drew Barrymore is one of the cutest, best looking actresses around these days. The Wedding Singer is one of the few movies that I'd give five out of five stars.
Now let's deal with the movie under discussion. It blends elements of the romantic comedy and the gross out comedy, something like a toned down version of There's Something About Mary.
The basic premise is that Adam Sandler's character who works at an aquarium falls in love with a girl (played by Drew Barrymore) who has a problem with short term memory. Every day she forgets what happened the day before. This causes an obvious problem in the courtship.
The ending is of course happy.
I'd rate it at about three stars out of five. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes Adam Sandler or Drew Barrymore or who feels like a movie night and doesn't want to watch something in Aramaic.

The movie has a similar plot to a Dana Carvey flop from a few years ago called "Blank Slate"...
Anyway, seems like it could be good, but I'll probably wait till it hits DVD as I do with most movie...
