Checked into that, its not a cookie problem as far as I can tell. The forum does allow me to move from page to page without having to relog also.
A thought on smilies, have you thought about including a raspberry smily? It's the one I most commonly use and its a shame its not represented here :-p

Actually Shads, I have the same problem as Minion. I do not automatically log on when I come here. It's not a big deal, as it takes about a second and a half to log in, but, Minion is not the only one.

I'm automatically logged on at home, but not at work. This is because of the way internet explorer is set up at work. It dumps all cookies and resets a bunch of preferences whenever I close the program. As long as I keep the window open, though, I'm fine. Might this be a similar problem? Oh, and it sounds like a " duh" question, but I have to ask anyway. Are you clicking the "always keep me logged in" checkbox? [edit]Fixed the quote d problem in this post [/edit]

How in the bloody fudge do you upload artwork. The other day I was going to upload a couple of my calligraphy projects in your art forum, And could not, for the life of me, figure out how to do that. Clicking on the "insert image" tag would only get a that looked like this: . Could you tell this user what error he's making?

OK, Image linking only works if you have the image hosted at a website (that allows linking), not from your home pc. Village photos will alow you to host 25 images for free on their site for linking and give you the link address by clicking copy link to clipboard. then you simply type Village photos is located HERE

When you preview a message the "select a smilie" box is printed in the wrong place, sometimes over the previewed message, obscuring it.

I'm going to be moving those shortly (into a box across the top of the posting area.) The code places it at a certain point on the page regardless of whether or not it's the post or preview page, so i'm resetting it to be at the top of the page

OK
Can't do what I was planning.
Well I could, but it would slow down dial up page loads.
The new list is 28 smilies long.

I don't know if anyone reported this yet, but we're having more problems over in the "Faerie Kingdom of Celene" foum again. This issue is a bit more serious. A couple threads have seemingly locked themselves. According to the icon they're not locked, but when you go into the thread there are no "reply" or "quote" buttons. The threads with this problem are "Nature's Allies" and "Nature's Allies II." Any clue what's causing this? Oh, and I liked the wink smiley... why'd it change? Edit: Actually, BRO did lock both those threads, but only after the problems started happening.

All glory to the Admin gods!
Is it just me (now that wouldn't be a surprise), but it looks like Forgotten Warriors/On the road to Wealdath forest -thread is short a page in the index. That is, the thread listing shows one page too few (there are 6 pages at the moment, the index of FW shows only 5).
It's just a bit annoying, and might be just me in need of learning the numbers, but could you, O Mighty Ones, check that out?

There's nothing they can do about it, nodwyck. It's a problem with the proboards code.
