Kur'oyi spotted the bruisers once they entered the bar, not like they were trying to be subtle about entering the place. The Coynite kept right on moving, feigning not to notice them at all, and positioned himself so he was on their flank. He glanced over to Taelus, and saw that a man behind the bar had moved over to them, and seemed to be in conversation with him and the others.
Kur'oyi suddenly remembered Arrkay; hopefully he hadn't left the bar yet, and he could get his attention before he did so. Having Arrkay here would be an ace in the hole they might despertly need.

*Shar listens to the situation intently affecting the demenor of aloof disinterest but ready to act at a moment's notice.*
*At some points casting a sideways glance at the bruisers.. and the others.. as if waiting for someone to tell him to mind his own buisness.*

Still on the ship, I would have brought it if someone bothered to tell me the place is crawling with thieves disguised as government officials. deamaning high docking fees before we can unload anything.

Arrkay was about to leave, when he noticed the rather large goons heading towards his masters and associates.
He casually walked to the other side of the bar and stood as if waiting for his master.
he also brought on his "special features" online just in case they were needed.

I didn't believe it would be a good idea to let the bureaucrat inspect my cargo.

Kur'oyi noted Arrkay's presence, and with both of them on either side of the local toughs, things might look in their favor... He scanned the room, looking for anything else out of the ordinary.

A young woman with shoulder length hair, wearing simple, yet well mantained clothes, enters the bar. Lyndsey immeidiatly senses mounting tensions growing within the establishment, and looking to avoid the discord as much as possible at the moment, moves to the far side of the the room, to observe the goings on with the patrons around her, every watchful for trouble.

*Sitting at the bar, Shar turns to observe the newest arrival.. his senses taking in the room.. His senses monitor the situation of the knuckledraggers and the other spacers that had arrived recently..
Shar's gaze on the new young woman to arrive.. feeling the Force surrounding her.. *
"Ah, a Jedi.. " he thinks to himself.. "been a while since one has been here.. I wonder who she is here for?"
He takes in the situation with the legbreakers waiting someone to move

Just a brief note here. Some may have noticed that I've edited out all references to IMPERIALS from the previous postings. That was a small mistake on my part. There are NO Imperials here at this time.

Why should I GIVE you the money to pay the taxes on your ship. Just what DID you bring to cover the delivery with?

They here for you or just looking for a drink? Come on Shar, who'd you piss off this time?

Nothing unusual about having to pay docking fees or import taxes captain. How much do you need to get your ship and MY cargo away from Smitken?
