As for magic items, I said nothing about giving you magic items. But that's not saying I won't, if I find a piece or two I like, I will keep it. I have selective taste. I learnd from my uncle not to set a certain amount. If we don't find enough you will feel cheated. If we find more the the fixed amount you will feel cheated and want more. I will say this I and not of this world so coin does not interest me. Gems do interest me but I will take enough to live comfortable here. I will not quibble over a set amount, either accept my offer or not. You can argue who get's what with the rest of the troops. I am mainly here for the power and experience.

The red dragon suddenly turned her head aside and let out a fourty feet long stream of fire, which left a path of half-molten rock behind it.

Then the red dragon turned back to Temir and said angrily "Who do you think I am, pathetic human?! I belong to strongest and most powerful species of dragons! How could you even think that I would argue with your pathetic little army?! I do not argue with my lessers, I burn them alive, thear them apart or simply eat them, when they drare to oppose me! And does your words mean, that you will not give me any treasure and magic items before I am to fight for you?! You are even more stupid then the most pathetic humans, if you think that I will agree to help you just because of some promises! I need substantial reward for even considering to help you, pathetic human, and right now at that! Better consider your next word with your pathetic little brain before saying it, otherwise, you will risk regreating it greatly!"

Temir laughed hard for a minute. Ah yes, that is what a red dragon sounds like on my world. I always like the arrogance of red dragon, kind of reminds me of storm lords. Well we can stand here and talk or go to the elf town and find what they have. You can keep what ever we find there.

"Arrogance?!" said the red dragon angrily "How dare you?! The dragons are the greatest creatures in the whole world, and we, red dragons, are the greatest of all dragons! It is not arrogance, when all the others creature are beneath you, it is..." the red dragon when silent and though for a moment, then continued "...It is realization of one's greatness, that's what it is! I'll repeat my request one more time, pathetic human, if you want me to ally with you at least temporally, I need treasure, or better yet, magical items right here and now! And keep in mind, that if we won't make an alliance, nothing will hold me from killing your pathetic little soldiers... or even you. So, make sure that you will make a wise choice, stupid human, or you may not even live long enough to regreat it."

What Treasure, do you think your worthy of. Bare in mind you have done nothing yet to earn payment of any sort. Temir walked to the entrance of the cave. Sgt. Drazeel assemble the troops, we will be leaving soon. Looking back at the dragon. I have no intention of paying before service redered. Before you make threats on puny humans ask yourself, are you more powerful than a diety. I have experinced death once in my life and Talos has brought me back to the living. I do respect dragons not out of fear, but because they are great creatures to behold. With that in mind on my world there is a female on Toril that destroyed a dracolich, she used spellfire. I say this not as a threat but as pure fact, no matter how powerful you are there is always something bigger than you and smaller than you. Unlike my uncle who would of taken offence at what you said and attacked you, I see it a difference way. We will go our separte ways now, you seem not to need any help from humans or any one else. I bid you good luck in building your horde all by yourself.

Drazeel quickly nodded, and then ran into the cave at top of his speed, using his master order to get away from the red dragon, who is apparantly extremly angry by now.
