As Challenger and Myu continued to walk, they soon could hear a somewhat distant murmur of a running water ahead of them.

"Looks like we're run into the river again." Challenger said. "Shall we follow it back down to the lake then go for that swim?"

"Sounds like a good idea!" replied Myu "Personally, I feel ready for some swimming!"

"Well that settles that." Challenger said as he steared them towards the sounds of running water

Challenger and Myu walked to the murmur of the running water, and soon walked to the shore of a smaller mountain river. It is almost twice smaller then the river, which is going to the waterfall, but it still leaves this river moderately wide. Across the river Challenger and Myu could see that the forest continues, getting slightly denser, but still remaining moderately sparse. Also Challenger and Myu could see, that the current of this river is slower then the current of the river, which is going to the waterfall; but while the current of this river is still more or less swift, with both Challenger and Myu being the excellent swimmers, they would unlikely to have any problems with the current of this river. And finally Challenger and Myu could see, that the river runs from the side of the one of two mountains, which stood on the each side of the mountain plateau; doubtless, this is one of two mountain rivers, which Challenger and Myu have seen from the distance before, and which eventually flows into the mountain lake, near which Challenger and Myu have left their things.

"So far so good." Challenger said. "Shouldn't be too long back to the lake now."

"Yup!" replied Myu, continuing to walk along with Challenger.

Then Challenger and Myu followed the mountain river back to the mountain lake, and then walked back to the place where they have left their things. They have found all their things exactly as they have left them.

"So, Challenger, would you like to have some swimming now?" asked Myu, playfully smiling to Challenger.

"Sure." Challenger said with a grin as he started undoing the buttons and straps on his armour.

Myu undid her belt and then quickly stripped her tunic and pants off, remaining completely naked, for as Challenger already knew, she wore neither bra nor panties. Afterwards Myu waited for Challenger to take his clothes and armor off.

No matter how pleasant this day was for Challenger, eventually it was drawing to an end. The sun was already gone behind the mountain peak, and the full moon was slowly rising, providing quite enough light even in sun’s absence. The weather was still moderately warm.

Myu pulled out a couple of bedrolls out of her backpack and carefully laid them on the ground, not far from each other.

”I think it is quite warm now, so I think there is no real need for warm blankets, is it, Challenger?” asked Myu afterwards.

"Can't see a real need unless the wind picks up." Challenger replied. "But then I don't know how cold it gets up here. Your the expert on that."
