Then Khazraad smirks and adds, apparently addressing to Danath, ”Your lads better be careful, or my lads won’t have to wait ‘till ‘morrow to have some fun! They gonna be happy enough if it happens, believe me!”

Paying no attention to Khazraad’s remark, Melf turned around and walked towards the command tent…

”Pleasure to meet, you Commander Danath.” Solarion says, his smile appears to be friendly enough.

Solarion appears to be youthful, and his pointed ears, blond hair and fair skin mark him as a member of the high elven race. He is very handsome, and this is even further reinforced by a fine and masterfully crafted chainmail made of silver and gold that he wears. Surprisingly enough, however, Solarion appears to have no weapons, only a seemingly empty quiver behind his back.

”Please, don’t take offense in Prince Khazraad’s remark, some people just happen not to have a high opinion of those who fight and kill for money, no matter what their reasons are.” Solarion continues, and then, as if just remembering it, adds, ”Oh, and I am Solarion Quenoscient, by the way, from the Free Town of Highfolk.”

Solarion then seem to wait for Danath’s reply, probably interested in his reactions.

[OOC:]
By the way, treyguy, if you wish for one or more of your characters to have information about the Free Town of Highfolk, feel free to ask for it either via PM or in “In Melf’s Camp - Brainstorm thread”, and I’ll provide you with whatever information your character(s) have. But needless to say, providing you with information will take me some while.

[glow=red,2,300]"I understand. It was only recently that my forces have began to settle down and it will still likely be some time before we fully convert to a standard military. Even after that has happened, it will probably be a while before we are seen as a serious kingdom and respected as such. The fact that I am not even from this planet only reinforces people's mistrust. Anyways, I am honored to meet you all. Also, if I am not mistaken, that is Adamantine metal your men wield, Khazraad,"[/glow] Danath says with his face briefly taking on a reflective look on his face that appears as though he is looking into a possibile future, one that he hopes to make come true. He then offers a hand to Solarion, then heads towards the command tent with the others.
[OOC] It also appears that Danath is completely unarmed, with only an apparently empty quiver and Mithril Shirt, the quiver being strikingly similar to Solarion's. [OOC]

[OOC] Thought I should post some info on my men. [OOC]
Danath's men appear to be at least several hundred strong, but it is nearly impossible to get an accurate figure since they are constantly moving to get a camp set up. One group of about a dozen men appear to be the main officers, along with some healers and casters. They carry greataxes of the same matierials as the dwarves weapons, Mithril breastplates, and longbows made of Darkwood. They seem to have the skills of disciplined fighters, but the raw passion of barbarian warriors. The rest carry decent armor, even the lowest of troops equiped with decent chain shirts, showing that even if they still retain some of their old mercenary roots, they are valued by Danath more than most mercenaries are. Even the lesser men carry both melee and ranged weapons. They show fair ammounts of structure, but not to a rigid level, much like Danath himself.
Aside from the regular troops, there are also some people who appear to be rangers and druids. The Rangers mostly spread out and begin to forage and scout, and the druids begin looking over the camp using thier kowledge of nature to help those in camp, as well as offering their healing to those who have been wounded in fighting previously.

”You’re not.” Khazraad thrown over his shoulder as he continued to follow Melf; it was as much response as Danath got from Khazraad.

Danath can see that some of the dwarven warriors moved away, but others keep watching him and his companions carefully, obviously not fully trusting him.

Then Solarion turned to Dana and bowed to her, slightly but with courtly elegance, and said, ”Pleasure to meet you as well, Milady.”
