Yes and no. You can have any character idea you can come up with, but he is going to be put through many different worlds and realms. My theme is that its a deminsional game.

How we will be getting new items? Will we be able to find and pick them up normally, or will we have to 'buy' them with our APs?

Now and then you will be given plot items, but they are just items like, [Key to Certian Door, or Orb to Alter Something]. Items that will benefit you are bought by AP, or maybe found after a battle depending if you ask, and what you fought. [Say that you are Searching after battle to recieve a chance to gain an Item].

Q: By the way, Jayce Vallintine, how are we going to handle language barrier?
If all of us will come from the different worlds, we may have some problem with understand each other, as well as with inhabitants of the Lands, where we will come. Of course, you can possibly assume, that we all will be able to understand each other through some kind of supernatural means, but...
Anyway, in my case, I came from Earth 21st century (year 2016, to be precise). My native language is English (British), but I also know Japanese quite well, and a bit of German.

im from some kind of mixed technology world called [glow=red,2,300]Dathos[/glow]. Its a strange mix of guns and electronics and metal worked peices, but they all look oldish and many things are made of wood, use swords and old style weapons that turn out to be just as useful as a gun. If you step into a place in our world that looks like it hasnt been developed since the 50's (many small towns), thats what this is like. There are cities that are huge metal monstroncities that either look new in the richer sides or look like they havent been upgraded in 50 years on the other. Around these megopolises are smaller old style towns, less metal, more wood, some could actually fit right into high Europe and D+D. I speak the common language and am from....well i dont know where im from but i know i live now in the city. Myabe both common languages can mysteriously be english

Supernatureal means is good enough. There is an Anime called El Hazard that people got sent to another world. They where able to understand them when they enter the Vortex. And the way I see it is when you get sent through to a new world, you get Subliminally Reprogramed for each world to adapt to it. however the land is very foriegn, and strange.

Question about Actions:
If I understood it correctly, when one of us is making Action, we post only initiation of our Action and our modifiers to making it; and then you posts rolls of our Pro and Con dices and rolls' result; and then we post about result of our Action, based upon the rolls' result. Am I right about this?

New Queston for all of you... Are you enjoying this game, its an attempt to desighn my own system, and its ok in my opinion.
Why I ask is because I am being asked to run a Vampire, the Masquerade game. If I do I plan on closing this game so you might want to copy/paste the system for yourself or something...
Also if anyone would like to get in this game feel free to ask, but I do want your opinions to this game, it has been abit slow.

Linna Hanneth's Answer:
I must say, that while I enjoyed this "Land by Land" Online RPG of yours rather much at first, lately I became rather disappointed in it. The reason is that I either completely misunderstood the rules from the very beginning, or that you changed the rules as the game proceeded. I don't really know which of these two things took place, but I have serious suspicious that the second, as I remember you saying somewhere that "Attack and Defense orientated Specialized Moves works exactly like Items", while later it appeared that I need to make some kind of checks only to bestow penalties to my enemies' next checks. But no matter which of the these two things took place, it resulted that I completely stopped to understand how my abilities work, and you either couldn't or didn't wanted to shed some light on the situation at all. And needless to say, this resulted that I became rather disappointed in this "Land by Land" Online RPG of yours and lost the interest in this "Land by Land" Online RPG of yours completely.

Sorry about that. I tried my best to explian them, and know that you understand maybe, I thought, you would be a bit more happy with it. If you liked it the old way then fine, but the fact is when you create a move that limits you, then whats the point in the move. SM gives the user an ability, and varies on the amount it works.
For an example you had the Too Slow! SM. It was to give a -2 on there attack only when you made it. All you had to do was correct it to become a modifier like items are. They work like items but gives an advantage to a certian thing items can't. A sword can have a +2 Mod to attack, but if the BAS is higher, it can deal more then a +2. The same to you move, it can lower more then just a -2 to attack depending on the BAS. I don't see why you got mad for me asking you to make your SM better? but in some cases they did not really need changing as long as you know that they are just modifiers.
Is there anything else people need to bring out in the open, the only way to improve the game is to hear its faults.
