Wichita Witch - Enforcer
“I ain’t no lady that’s for sure.”
“No lady could have done half the stuff that me and my sisters have done.”
“We’ve worked all along the Black River railway line, doing whatever needs to be done to make sure the Railway gets through. No man’s our equal and we’ve sent many of those Jackasses to the boneyard. We sure as hell ain’t the weaker sex. Tangle with us, and you sure as hell won’t forget it.”
“Sometime we’re called the Ladies from hell, other times a much shorter word that starts with a b, but the fact of the matter is we’ll follow Mina to hell and back.”
“In a sense, we already have.”
While there are many that carry the handle of the Wichita Witch, these represent the “enforcers” of the organization. Their job is to “take care” of any trouble that gets in the way of Black River’s patron, Mina Devlin’s, interests. They use a hardline approach, willing to intimidate, sabotage, curse or just plain old waste their targets. Under the guidance of Violet Esperanza, leader of the Wichita witches, they are molded in her image
Note: While this prestige class is primarily intended to be a NPC class, a good enough player might be able to twist the G.M.’s arm to play one of these. Most likely the character has either fled the organization or has “retired” from active duty. A Wichita Witch that changes to a good alignment, can still progress in levels, but no longer can choose to summon abominations to do their bidding. These brave woman keep one eye to their back, for the Wichita Witches aren’t real grateful for having one of their own go “soft” and often hunt down their sister and bring her in as a traitor.
They usually don’t survive after that.
