[Role-Playing Notes:]
At such meetings, when somebody as low-ranked as Alex is happened to be among VIPs (very important persons) he (the low-ranked employee) isn't supposed to ask any questions, and usually isn't supposed to speak at all unless he is asked to make a report, or to answer a question, or to give a piece of his or her mind.

[OOC - I fully understand that, but you have to remember this is Umbrella and they can be very odd at times, however I have not yet finished what I was typing, I wanted the reaction from Alex, which you gave me thankyou very much it was great. However now I am going to finish the conversations and explain the mission fully. In the games, the VIP's can be very odd, they can reveal huge and very important amounts of info to people who are going to serve as something rather important, or will need such info to be use4ful too them,...however they usually don't let you off so easily, most of Umbrella's leaders and directors are power-hungry and often mad! I'm sorry, I guess this is my fault that I didn't finish the conversation, I do apologise.[/OOC]

"After managing to keep Dr Taylor in our custody he was unable to produce any worth - Umbrella had laid a trap for us and we walked right into it. Due to our mistake we were punished in the worst way,....Moscow is now an experimentation site in waiting. If we make one more mistake, this city will be infected under strict control - enough to make us look inferior as though we caused a leak of a virus; Umbrella would then have no opposition at all!"
Telling Alex about their City being a site of infection in consideration was easy for her, she showed hardly any anger or distress,...it was all just trivial to them.

"Instead of sending a team, you will go alone and aquire our new researcher."
Handing Alex another file which was labelled;
'Umbrella Blue - England.'

FILE: Umbrella Blue - England. Name: Isabelle Meyer. Age: 26. ---- As a new researcher in the England Umbrella branch, she has developed the next step of analysis to be able to stop the Influenza virus strains - and if that proves a sucess, she has proposed to begin work on refining her techniques for the more troublesome bacterial strains which are beginning to show immunity to routine treatment. ---- Recently; Those who studied the G-virus mutation inside the female specimen beta - will understand the central concepts of selection and mutation. If her composure and medical history proves to be the factor in how to develop even more specific and potent virus' to rival the G-virus we can make an accurate reproduction of events and in turn create such a new pathogen.

Once again, Alex quickly looked through the file, and then once again returned his gaze to VIPs and scientists. If the way how easily the female scientist spoke about possible infection and devastation of Moscow surprised Alex, it didn't showed upon his face at all - Alex looked as calmly as female scientest herself, as if she were indeed speaking of something trival. While Alex had almost no knowledge about science in general and biology in particular, Alex knew politics rather much, and mostly hated it rather much as well. Thus Alex could understand the current situation rather well, or at least he thought so. Needless to say, Alex had a few question about how he is supposed to 'aquire' this new researcher - Isabelle Meyer, but he didn't felt like breaking the standard procedure to ask these questions, knowing that they would most likely be answered later, or that at least he will be given a more comfortable opportunity to ask these questions later. And so, Alex put the second file down atop the first file, and continued to listen.

"Her reports are sound, and would be a magnificent experiment but she's obviously stalling her research into such a prospect by attempting to solve the biggest question first."
He sighed.
"The female specimen beta is a complete mystery, and only recently have we been able to know of it's present situation. It was presumed dead after an attack at the Arklay Laboratory from the Alpha team STARS, but she's been recovered and is in captivity in the England B.O.W containment near Isabelle's laboratory site."

"Isabelle Meyer is a great researcher but will refuse to work for Umbrella's viral section dealing with B.O.W's until now that is. We have information regarding her being a TARGET, Umbrella must be threatening her to work for them on the B.O.W research."
Sipping her coffee she still remained as calm as before.
"They believe she will be able to apply her techniques to refine both the G-virus and the T-virus instead of searching for a way to combat these pathogens."

"There isn't much time left, she can use her techniques here and find a combatant for both virus'."

"However!"
Remarked the Director.
"She can't just be taken straight away, Umbrella would know something was obviously wrong. You are going to England, and will be present at her recent meetings to serve as the Umbrella Green representative, as we're being pulled into this research from her; along with Berlin and Australia." He put down his empty china cup. "Most likely because we're the next 3 targets in question for controlled experimentation on a huge scale. Our contact Mr Trent has already prepared her for your visit 2 years ago, she has been waiting for an Umbrella Green representative, but will not know the nature of your visit...nor the objective."

Michale Cozen smiled. "I've managed to arrange for a Umbrella combat team headed by our district in France to attack her base as a training operation. Umbrella thinks it's a great idea, in order to 'scare' her into working faster and not just producing reports."

"We don't know the exact date yet, and therefore you will need to stress the situation to her quick, and must inform her of the chance of working for us; to use her techniques for a better cause." Dennis smiled at Alex, he gave off a friendly impression to ease the man.

"But don't be in such a hurry to return here, otherwise Umbrella will catch on to our operation will take no time in having you destroyed along with Isabelle,...they would kill you and her if it means not giving us a chance at having a real researcher on board."
Michael smiled once again as he took out a cigar and lit it.
"You'll meet up with an Ex-STARS member we have gained from America, 2 days after the attack on her base in the London central area - he will find you if you stay at the Russian diplomatic embassy, as a consiquence of the base attack. They also deal with the EU trading there and so you will be able to find an alternate route back here other than the straight forward flight so as not to arouse direct suspision."

"Some money will be put into your protected account so that Umbrella will find it very hard to trace your financial actions."
Dennis whispered something to his secretary; she nodded and left the room.
"Is there any questions?" He asked Alex.
