"I would normaly prefer to beat him black and blue for his trouble, but the situation being as it is I have to let him strike the first blow, something he hasn't the balls to do." Challenger said loud enough for all to hear including anyone watching from the shadows.
"As much as I dislike the fact, if we're to suvive I have the feeling we're going to be allied with people like him shortly and a little good will might go a long way." He continued dropping his voice for Horad's ears only.
"He's all mouth anyway. Don't think I'm going soft, if I though for a second he's a threat to any member of this party much less...." he didn't need to fill the gap. "...he wouldn't be breathing a heart beat longer than I can possible help it."

The man slapped his knee A nobel appoach to the situation at hand. Bravo elf. The man stands up on the rock. Inform my superiors you say, an intelligent idea. I shall do that very thing. It is wise of you not wanting to speak with my superiors. For you may suffer the same fate as the deceased mages of Everska.
Challenger quickly looks at the man just to see him diving off the rock away from them. A sound familar to Challenger filled the air near the group turning back to see a lighting bolt hitting Horrad, then hitting Jastra and himself.
Seeing the chain lightning hit them faster than they could react. The man on the rock didn't cast the spell because it came from behind Horrad. Challenger remained standing but was dazzed for a monent.
Jastra fell to the ground, stunned but still consicious.
An orge stepped out from behind a large blouder and threw a large stone at Horrad knocking him off his horse.

"Bastards." Challenger cursed under his breath.
Angrily he cast Lightning Bolt aiming for the Orge
He moved to Horrad helping him to his feet. "You ok?"
He started towards Jastra, moveing cautiously, half crouched, ready and waiting for the enemy mages next spell.

Knowing the orge was behind them Challenger looked around seeing two kneeling human men on a large boulder fifty feet in front of him on the right. He could heard someone large walking behind the boulder. on his right.
Checking Jastra who seemed to still be dazzed. Challenger looked back at Horrad. then heard, from the men in front, the sound of a bow releasing a arrow. Not seeing the arrow, Challenger assumed it was coming for him.

From behind the party walking towards Horrad
The ogre walked towards Horrad carring a great axe. A rather large human walked with him. He appeared to a barbarian wearing a chain shirt and leather armor. He wore a long sword and carried a great axe also.
This is pathetic, I alway heard barbarian from the north were weak like an old lady. We should kill him out of pity, like putting down a horse that is to old and useless. said the human barbarian.
The orge made sounds that may pass as laughing. (It's hard to tell with orges). The orge grumbles somthing, and the human looks down at Horrad's hair.
Your right this old lady horse needs a haircut. It seems it doen't have the intelligence to know there is something stuck in it's hair.

Challenger straightened to full height and turned to face the men. If the arrow hit him he ignored it trusting his armor to absorb the impact.
"You should be running." He growled intimidatingly at the two men infront of him his face distorted in an angry snarl.
He cast Fireball aiming for a point just behind them that should catch both men and whatever was behind the boulder in the blast.

Relying on instinct; Sokar knew what this was when he saw it; an ambush waiting to happen. Just when he was about to cry out a warning to the travellers below, they struck. "Damn them!" Sokar cursed angerly. The odds were'nt good either. So he raised his Oathbow, sighted the Ogre, taking careful aim, then yelling in challenge" Swift defeat to my enemies!!" The bow answered, "Swift death to those who have wronged me." and let fly one of his +3 sheaf arrows....

OCC: I am a little doubtful how near they are, so this is either neccessary or stupid..
Shrugging off the daze, Horrad stayed silent and motionless under their insults, pinned down as he was. Hearing the ring of a bow string, he figured it was as good a time as any, and rolled away from the two enemies, quickly getting on his feet, ready to fight.

A middle aged human male stood up on a boulder about 75 feet to the left of the Forgotten Warriors. He appeared to be a regular fighter and wore a dark blue cloak.
Kill the males, keep the female alive. She will provide entertainment for a while.
The man they first encountered stepped from behind the large rock. Could the fighters have her before the Barbarians? They tend to break elves when they play with them.
The other man laughed. Very well.
An arrow strikes the Orge and it yells out. The blue cloaked man looks to the south, the direction of the arrow's flight.
We have more company it appears. They will be dead before the benifactor reaches them. Let's be done with it. Thal get the elf women.
Thal moved towards Jastra with a big smile.

Jastra stands up slowly and moves senuous walking slowly and speaking in a very sultry tone of voice. I can be pleasing for a long time, Let me show you how hot and bothered I can get you.

The fighter smiles as he puts his hand on his raiper. We do have to take care of some business, but give me a little taste.

Jastra moves in a small dance, swaying her hips. She slowly lifts her hand and... A lightning bolt leaps from her hand hitting the man who insulted her. The fighter is thrown back and hits the rock and drop's to the ground, not moving.
Jastra expression changes to anger. Was that hot and bothered enough for you.

The man in the Blue Cloak smiles. Well now what do we have here, a sorceress. I might add a talented actoress. Allow me to show you the errors of your ways. Waving one hand various bandits appeared from behind the rocks.
Two more barbarians come out from behind rocks on the right of them. The barbarians were 50 feet from Challenger and Jastra. The barbarian and orgewere a couple of feet away from Horrad. 100 feet away four archer stood up, along the right side of the road. All four were spaced out far enough so a spell could only take out one at a time.

Jastra walks closer to Challenger. At least I didn't forget that, doing my sexy bluff allways works, once. Unless you have any good ideas, were dead.
