It's a slow week. Galactus is at the opposite end of the universe. Doctor Doom is busy with administrative functions in Latveria. The Vault is actually containing all the villains that it should. Even regular crime is down.
So you're just relaxing and watching TV, when suddenly there's an anouncement on the news: "Former super villain Mole Man has announced the formation of a new island nation under his leadership. He claims that his intentions are to create a sanctuary fo those that society has rejected and dubbed monsters or freaks. He says it is meant to be a place where instead of fealing the pain of being different among a sea of sameness, one can experience the joy of fitting in. "He also claims the nation is non-nuclear, with no real army and no ambitions of conquest. "Among the fist on the scene are Toad, formerly of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, and Nuklo, a mutant who has battled the Hulk in the past."
Your respone of course is: "Wotta revoltin' development!"
You discuss the situation with Reed and he explains, "I don't trust Mole Man. He is one of our oldest adversaries. And even if he has genuinely turned over a new leaf, someone else may try to take advantage of the situation. "I think you should go and observe the situation."
He uses one of his special communications devices to contact the Inhumans and request that Lockjaw teleport over immediatly.
Then Lockjaw teleports himself to your current location, and Reed explains the situation to him. Then Lockjaw teleports the two of you to the island.

What you see when you arrive is the throne room. It's big, but fairly sparse. None of the opulence typically associated with throne rooms. It's kind of halfway open to the outside air with a bit of a ledge of ceiling running around the perimeter of the room, but offering no more than a little bit of cover. At the far end of the room is a throne.
Mole Man is sitting on the throne.
Other than Mole Man the only others in the room are a small bunch of mole-oids (Mole Man's little yellow servant humanoids), the Dragon Man android standing just a little ways off to the right and behind Mole Man, and Toad crouching down near the foot of the throne.
"Welcome! I kind of expected you. After all, nobody trusts me further than they can throw me, although in your case the distance might be considerable. "Glad to have you. I'll put you up in one of the luxury hulk-type suites. Maybe the one next to Draggy here." He says as he points to Dragon Man.
"This is a Monster Island, but I am making no effort to control or herd any of the natives that haven't been killed by those too short-sighted to understand the valuable role such interesting creatures play in a planetary ecology. "Other than the red dinosaur and his anthropoid friend I put on the pay roll as security."

Moleman says, "All right, I'll show you to your room then. I know trust doesn't come easy, but I hope that you will eventually see this as a real attempt to make the world a better place and not a world domination scheme."
He leads you through the corridors of a building that must be some sort of castle from the size of it, but the furnishings and decorations are rather shabby. All the while Dragon Man follows behind like a lost puppy. A big, purple lost puppy that has a history of tearing apart good chunks of Manhattan.
He leads you to a large wooden door. He opens it up and inside is a lavishly appointed bed room with everything designed for a gentleman of your size.
"The bed is designed from space age polymers and alloys. It's soft as a feather bed, but it ought to hold your weight. The large screen TV gets a satellite feed of well over a hundred channels."
