Llanwin had been dozing in a chair ever since Johnathan awoke. He finally stands up and stretches. "How long has it been? I'm afraid the earlier excitement took a toll on me."

Tellyna smiled, "Well, there is always stew." She said with a gentle smile as she walked up to the inn keeper. "Is there any stew left? My friend and I are quite hungry." She asked politely.

Oh, yeah. Hannibal went scouting ahead. He said he was going into the woods north of town, but I don't think he'll travel too far on his own, maybe a day out and a day back. We should probably wait a couple of days to see if he gets back.

There should be plenty left Miss Tellyna. I don't reckon that the young cleric over there ate the rest of the pot, and no worries there Mr. Minotaur, that's venison stew, not beef. Y'all have a good night now, I'm headed up ta bed. Don't forget what I said about the door either.
With that he opens the door to the upstairs and heads up, locking it behind him.

Malkin sniffs the air, catching the smell of the stew."How...quaint. This village has brigands, a jolly inkeeper, and a mysterious druid adviser. Like so many small towns the Planes over, I wonder whether it also has some dark, as-yet-undiscovered secret, too."
Shaking his head with a sigh, he plops down on a chair in the corner tracing his tattoos with one...taloned?...finger, looking into the firelight as though it is a window to a land far away.

Tellyna smiled as she poured herself and Johnothan some stew. "Here you are." She smiled, handing the minotaur the bowl as she picked a place to sit, caty cornered from where Malkin was.

Being surprisingly quiet, Johnathon, carefully picks up the bowl.
"Thank you my dear, your bedside manner is most exceptional."

*Awakening suddenly, Tulana jumps up out of bed and smacks her arms* "Snakes, snakes, snakes!!!" *But she breathes a sigh of relief when she realizes that she'd been only dreaming.* "Phew! At least they weren't badgers"
*She dresses in her day attire, gathers her gear and returns to the tavern room of the Inn. Seeing Tellyna with the minotaur, she makes her way to their table and seats herself at an empty chair, nodding to them.* "Surprised to see yer up Minotaur. That was quite a beating yer took from that brigand. By and by, me name is Tulana, and hopes yer didn't take me minotaur song too much to heart. Was just fooling with ye."
*The stranger by the fireplace suddenly catches her eye, and she watches him as he traces his tattoos.* "Curiouser and curiouser."

Seeing Tulana watching him, Malkin grins slyly, one finger tracing the tattoos in a lingering, sensuous fashion. "Look all you want, my dear," he says, raising one eyebrow invitingly. "This is one cat that your 'curiousity' can't do anything to."

*Looking the stranger in the eyes, Tulana recites a poem to him.* Mine, says the cat, putting out his paw of darkness. My lover, my friend, my slave, my toy, says the cat making on your chest his gesture of drawing milk from his mother's forgotten breasts.
Let us walk in the woods, says the cat. I'll teach you to read the tabloid of scents, to fade into shadow, wait like a trap, to hunt. Now I lay this plump warm mouse on your mat.
You feed me, I try to feed you, we are friends, says the cat, although I am more equal than you. Can you leap twenty times the height of your body? Can you run up and down trees? Jump between roofs?
Let us rub our bodies together and talk of touch. My emotions are pure as salt crystals and as hard. My lusts glow like my eyes. I sing to you in the mornings walking round and round your bed and into your face.
Come I will teach you to dance as naturally as falling asleep and waking and stretching long, long. I speak greed with my paws and fear with my whiskers. Envy lashes my tail. Love speaks me entire, a word of fur. I will teach you to be still as an egg and to slip like the ghost of wind through the grass.
*Then she turns to Tellyna* Anymore of that there stew left Telly. I've worked meself up an appetite.

"Now that I'm Actually upright, what did I miss?" Johnathon said with a curious tone.
"Was that 'man' connected to what we were tracking?

Finishing her stew, Angel gets up. I don't think any of the bandits have anything to do with Orb Lake Johnathon. But he does seem to be a memeber of the same group we ran into on our way here. Why'd he attack you in the first place? Anyway, tell me tomorrow, it's been a long day and I'm going to bed. Like Boswell said it's near to the middle of the night after all. With that Angel goes through the door leading to the guest rooms and finding one unoccupied, goes to bed.

Malkin rewards the bard's performance with a little half-smile and little clap or two. "Brilliant," he says, half-mockingly, half-sincerely. "Simple genius. Perhaps we can trade a tale or two along the way."
He glances at the others in view with a small, secretive smile, as though he has just decided something, and leans back in the chair to sleep.

finding the behaviour of the bard and the man strange Sligo finish his stew, gather his things, and wander off to one of the guest room. He laids on the bed thinking a time, before finally falling asleep.

Tellyna smiled at Johnothan, then nodded to Tulana, "Here, I will go get you some if you like." She said, standing up and leaving, returning a few moments later with a bowl of stew. "Here you are." She said with a smile as she sat the bowl down, then went back to her previous seat, across from Johnothan. "And thank you for the compliment John, you don't mind if I call you that do you?"
