Basically in KODT #85, they presented the Learned Bard. It had two major changes I liked a lot.
1. it uses intelligence as the basis of spell knowledge.
2. It allows the bard to cast from four wizard domains of choice instead of the normal bard list. However, they must be learned as per a wizard
These two factors make the idea of using a gnome bard a very kewl possibility in the future (even if they said that learned gnome bards weren't too terribly common)
My question is this
would you allow this in your game?

you gain special abilities a little slower, not getting countersong or fascinate till level 2.
