Quazal would like know, if anyones bothered to play using BESM d20, or Silver Age Sentinals for a super powers campagin?

Absolutely, I use the BESM D20 for a tabel top game once in a while...
The Silver Age system is not in my collection. However, the BESM 2.0 system is mine to flip through.
I run anime games for the most part. Tenchi and Gundam are the custom settings which I run.

One of the things I've had trouble getting my head around is Dynamic Powers, and Flux Powers. Both BEMS (I have the pre-published PDF sample) and Silver Age state If used properly they can provide for a more varied and interesting campagin.....Uh huh...sure For the most part, nearly all the players I know would take these powers, and max them out making munchkin characters beyond compare....however by putting the powers off limit would leave way to many limitations...so How does everyone else deal with this.. In Silver Age, there is the Costumed Wizard, who automaticly gets Dynamic Powers...it does not state what level (point type) they get...which is it? When Calculating character point total (to do CR) do we calculate using 10 CP per class level or real CP total of the Class...
