Palladium Rules Modifications
These rules are a quick fix.
Combat OCC’s get +1 init / 3 levels, Non-Combat/Pcc/Rcc get +1 init / 4 levels
TEXTTEXTStat Bonuses are: +1 every 2 pts above 10
-1 every 2 pts below 10
MA & PB These are contested rolls. The higher you have, the better you are
Seduction is a base 7
SDC/HP As per Palladium
Supernatural Str As per Palladium
XP Use D20 Chart. All Palladium Char are considered 3rd level to start
Skills
Skills (Base/5) +1/Lvl + IQ Bonus + Rcc/Pcc/Occ Bonus
The one skill pt is applied to that one skill. It is assumed that you practice that skill in your downtime. Base skill level is base/5 regardless.
Class/Rclated/Secondary skills as per Rcc/Pcc/Occ and above
IQ bonus is applied to ALL skills. This represents your learning ability.
Maximum skill level There is none. A Base 98% is +10. Du
Duplicate skills add +5. eg gymnastics/acrobatics-sense of balance
Bonuses from gymnastics/acrobatics to climb/prowl are div/5
Seduction is base 7 (35%)
Combat
Initiative Roll 1d20 per Attack. Init bonus is applied on your init only.
Eg if 2 char get init 15, compare init bonuses to see who is first
2+ Attks is roll 2+ d20, use highest roll, except on Spray

Firearms to hit Add PP bonus to hit
Full Auto Rules Single shot is as per rules
Double-Tap is +1 to hit, x2 Dmg, 1 Attk
3-Round Burst is +3 to hit, x5 Dmg, 1 Attk
Short Burst is 6 rounds, +5 to hit, x6 Dmg, 1 Attk, Less Control
Long Burst is 10 rounds, +5 to hit, x10 Dmg, 2 Attks, Less Control
Spray is +1 to hit, x2 Dmg, 3 Attks, Less Control
WP’s Handgun, Rifle/Shotgun, SMG, Heavy Weapons, Blunt, Knife, Sword, Rope & Chain, Etc
Wpn Mods Bonus to hit is x2 Cost per +1; max +5. This is balancing.
AP is –5 AR, Cost x3 and Streetwise roll
Hollowpoint is +2 per dice dmg, Cost x2, buy at 7-11
Saving Throws Lethal Poison 14+, Non-Lethal Poison 16+, Harmful Drugs 15+
Acid No Save-Dodge, Coma/Death 10+, Magic Spell 12+; Ritual 16+ (add +1per3Caster Levels), Psionics Non-Psionic 15+, Psionic 10+ (add +1per3Caster Levels), Insanity 12+, Pain 14+, Mind Control-as per Magic/Psi. Magic/Psi may add 10 PPE/ISP for +1 to make the save more difficult
