Thulian decides to walk alongside the priestess. Flanking her opposite Aerianna.
Umm....please don't forget, my short legs aren't quite as fast as the rest of you. I'd hate to get left behind simply because you all can walk faster.

Krystal smiled to the halfling in response, "Do not fear Thulian, no one shall be left behind." She assured him, whistling a nameless tune as they walked along, something dark and slightly depressing, but something she found to be relaxing.

"Yes Thulian, we've never left anyone behind before, so why would we want to start that now? Well, i mean if you count out that one time that Alex was sleeping in the one chamber with a maiden's dress..... but we made sure he was completely safe before leaving him." Aerianna assured, grinning to herself as she remembered seeing six foot two (or however tall he was) Alex in a pink petticoat and dress that reached only about his knees.

Krystal laughed, "Oh yes, that was a lovely site, at least we left him his weapons though. heh... He didn't need his other clothes anyway." She chuckled, ah some of the horrible things they'd done in the past...

Duran shook his head, " Being lead by a bunch of children," He sighed, as he walked a long with them at the back of the party wanting to be left as much alone as possible.

Romlin merely grunts at the story, and continues lumbering along, muttering about women folk.

Aerianna was slightly offended at the responses of the others. "Well excuse me for trying to lighten the mood a little, and besides, that's something we did quite a while ago thank you, and it was all in fun," she commented, defensively.
"You guys are just all party poopers..." she mumbled to herself.

Krystal meerely smiled in response, noting how unsociable some of the party was being, I can't travel on like this... Someone has to go annoy him, it would do him some good to lighten up. She grinned, turning to Aerianna, "You know the way my friend, I feel like dropping back to the rear for a while." She said, dropping back beside Duran, "Hello Duran." She smiled at him.

Romlin smiled slightly at Aerianna's mild distress and decides to talk to her. Now Aeri, lassie. I ain't never been to a party wheres we walked around carrying weapons. I've been to some parties where we sat and drank lots of ale and the women folk danced - but never walking around with weapons.

"Here's a good one for you" says Liveoak "I once was caravan guard for a beautiful merchant heiress. Now I know enough to keep my own peace, so I paid no mind to her supposed beauty. We never saw her, she stayed in a covered carriage." "however one of my fellow guards was bound and determined to have a look at her. I tried to dissuade him to no avail, he was convinced she would appreciate his charms." "so one night he up and sneaks into her carriage" Liveoak chuckles at the memory. "then we hear the most godawful noise coming from the carriage" "it didn't come from a human throat" "the guard is literally thrown from the carriage, he hit the ground twenty paces away and just lay there shaking" "turns out there was no beautiful heiress but a Thri-Kreen diplomat, you know the bug people, traveling in disguise to meet with some high muckity mucks, anyhoo the thri-Kreen don't have a sense of humor and being accosted in the dark by a human with love on his mind didn't set well with the diplomat. " I laughed so hard, I had to go walk it off in the woods for a bit so's the diplomat wouldn't git mad at me." "I seen a lot of things but that one takes the cake"

Duran looked to her from under his showel, his eyes giving off an eerie glow, a little startled, "Hello" he said curtly, wanting to remain aloof from the group.

She chuckled, poking him in his side, "Why so quiet?" She asked, looking up at him with a smile.

Duran shrugged, " There is not much to speak of, nor is there a pressing need to speak," He siad being polite, but not much more.

"Yeah sure." She said... Poking him yet again. "So you mean to tell me you are a complete loner who does not appreciate the presence of others?" She said, still smiling.

Aonaran walks along to the rear, right of the party chuckling to himself at the stories being told, and actions being taken. {Thinking to himself, that there may be more fun with this group than he has had in quite a while}
