Thanks for the heads up. Yup, there is a game this week. Kelly, if you read this, drop a line to Azz and give him a poke.

That sucks bud. Sorry to hear it.
BTW, what was the improved familiar you wanted? An elemental IIRC. Good work with the other stuff though.

Ya, a water Elemental, or an ooze paraelemental if you would alow it, but I don't have high hopes for that one, and the size is small. Could check Tome and Blood, Forgotten Realms Setting, and I think it's in the 3.5 PHB.

Umm, Cos, you might want to rethink the water elemental thing.
From the 3.5 SRD. A water elemental familiar is prolly not a great idea. Ooze I'm not sure about. I'll have to look it up.

Well, what if I summon it from the blood sea? Since that's likly where we are going to be spending most of our time, and when we do go ashore, I could leave it on the ship as a sort of guard, and if anything attacks that it can't handle (which would be most things), it tells me through the empathetic link that something is attacking the ship, then goes hide in the water.
And I will try to make it to today's game, but I'll likly be getting home around midnight AST, so if you are still playing then, I'll show up.

Heh, so basically, you want to burn a feat to put an alarm spell on the ship. Well, that is your right to do so. If you're cool with that, then so am I. Just remember, the familiar CANNOT come to your house, nor can it go more than about 50 yards from the water. Every time you leave the ship, basically, your familiar has to stay behind. And, this also means that any time you go more than a mile away from the shore you will lose contact with your familiar. If you are ok with that, then no problems.

Hussar: My PC Sheet for Kelly at 8th level www.3eprofiler.net/3ep/view.php?id=6168I also updated the RPGOpen PC Sheet - but I did not update the spell list since we always use a node to communicate my spells which often change daily.

Way cool find Kelly. I think I'll try to get everyone to stick their character up there.
Hmm, I wonder if I should create a thread for gaming links here. Between the bunch of us, we seem pretty good at finding great stuff on the net. I spend so much time searching for pics that I don't have a lot of time to look for gaming sites.

Mine: www.3eprofiler.net/3ep/view.php?id=6210A nice site there. And 3.5, not 3e. And Hussar, I'm thinking about spending some money and XP to make some items with my Craft Wonderous Item feat, namly 2 pearls of power (2nd), but I have a problem with my XP, the minimum for a 6th level character is 15000, but on my sheet I only have 13000, what do you have?

I got 13 k too. Not sure how you came up with that number. Put him half way up level 6, same as usual.
Hey Aaron, if you read this, is FRP still interested in playing?
