That was Sonja? Whoops. Sorry. Well, Sonja the Rose was already dead by the time when she was brought into Leiton Ashwand's inner sanctum, so there wasn't anything you could really do to help her, Merkuri.

I don't think Koriisa even knew Sonja was in there, anyway. She thought the two monks were the only ones to get inside.

Well, as far as I remember, Amy and Koriisa were the first ones who made an attempt to get into the enemy fortress, and so, they didn't really know who also tried to get into the enemy fortress and who remained outside.

!For Merkuri only!
Keep in mind, Merkuri, that Amy and Koriisa haven’t reached the bottom of the spiral staircase yet. So, I will consider your last as what Koriisa is planning to do when she will reach the bottom of the spiral staircase.

Yeah, sometimes I have trouble keeping the layout of rooms in mind. I thought when you said "the room that contained the staircase" that you meant the room at the bottom, not the room at the top. Her actions stand. She's heading down the staircase, at this point whether Amy is with her or not.

Unfortunately, the bug has struck "Monks Unleashed!" game thread once again, causing posts counter, pages counter and views counter to drop to zero once again, as well as locking this thread for all non-moderator and non-admin Shadow Warriors. However, the later problem seems to be solved, and so, this thread should by opened for all Shadow Warriros for posting right now.

The half-dragon gives another long sigh. "Amy, get as close to the doors as you can and stay as low as possible. I'll be doing the same. Hopefully he won't look down and we can surprise him. Attack as soon as the doors aren't in the way." As she said, Koriisa took up a position in front of the door, crouched low and ready to spring forwards, towards the monster she knew was on the other side. I would like to remind you, Merkuri, that there is still about hundred feet long corridor before the doors. I'll assume that Koriisa started to walk towards the doors to get into the position.

Gah, yes. That was another incident of the actual room layout differing from my internal room layout.

Gah, yes. That was another incident of the actual room layout differing from my internal room layout. Sorry for not describing the room properly, Merkuri. I kinda thought whatever little descriptions I gave you were more or less enough... ...Anyway, I hope, that you aren't overly upset about this incident, are you, Merkuri?

No, it's my fault. I don't pay attention to descriptions enough when I first read them, and apparently make up the details as I go. I do it with books I read, too, though more often with characters rather than rooms. I've been startled before when they describe a character (who's been in the book for quite a while now) as short and chubby when I've been imagining her as tall and slender. I flip back to when they introduced her, and yes she's short and chubby. I'll try to pay more attention next time, sorry.

Well, this is my fault as well, since I described the room with the spiral staircase very briefly (heh, hardly described at all), as there is nothing that catches the eyes in there, with only exceptions of the spiral staircase and the single corridor. Anyway, this incident has been sorted out and nobody is overly upset about it, at least I certainly hope so! So, let's not worry about it, okay, Merkuri?
