Awww!......*Sniffle*.......I'm sorry about the lack of Crumpet tasting, but if you ever decide to visit England, be sure to buy some,......and don't be fooled by non-Staffordshire oatcakes,......they're no where near as nice as the real Staffordshire oatcakes here!
*Regina blushes*.......heh,.......we had our shopping delivered today (we're lazy and have it delivered from Sainsburys via the internet to our home,...plus my father doesn't want his Lexus being a shopping cart!) and we had oatcakes! Yay!

Is there a recipe that I can try to make them?

*Regina giggles*
Aww,...poor England, we're a tad small compared to the States.....but we have our oatcakes and crumpets,...and our tea!
*Regina stresses out*
OMG! There is a dilema in our household,......we have plenty of tea bags but no sugar! Gyah,.....we need sugar to have our tea, but the shops are all closed due to the Easter holiday.
Mmm,......a lovely black tea with 2 sugars would be lovely right now....Heh,....my tea has to be black.

I've never tried making crumpets,........I think the best thing to do is just buy them from here if you ever do visit.

Oh I plan on visiting Britain at some point in my life, it is one of the few goals in my life that I refuse to give up on. So one day I shall have a crumpet! You here that bane of my existance! I shall have a crumpet! Muahahahahahahahahahahahaha! That and seeing Manowar, Iron Maiden and Helloween live. I'd give a kidney to see them.

*Regina giggles*
Well, I hope your trip to Britain will be a nice one! You shall rightly taste the glory of the crumpet,......and Tetley tea!
A nice place to visit is "The Lizard" and "Lands End" in Cornwall,.....plus,.....*Regina blushes*.....did you know that Cornwall is actually a Ophiolite! An Ophiolite is a piece of oceanic plate that have been thrusted (obducted) onto the edge of continental plates!

They're weird. I'm not a heavy metal person, but they seem a bit out of place nonetheless

Manowar, they are a metal band, not any special brand of metal, just kick arse, straight up REAL metal. They have both dark and epic undertones to their songs, alot of them dealing with hell and demons and battle and glory. Great music.

I thought a Manowar was one of those jelly fished looking things that live in the ocean................
