4 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 Tbl milk 1 Tbl sugar 1 1/2 cups whipped cream 2 graham cracker pie crusts 2 pkg (4 serv size) Vanilla instant pudding 1 can (16 oz) pumpkin 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp ground cloves
Mix cream cheese,milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped cream. Spread evenly on bottom of crusts. Pour 1 cup milk into bowl. Add pudding mixes.Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. (Mixture will be thick.) Stir in pumpkin and spices with wire whisk; mix well. Spread over cream cheese layers. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Garnish with additional whipped cream and nuts if desired.

Well with September almost over and the season rapidly approaching, I thought I'd bump this back up. BTW, OW, how'd the pie turn out last year?
