ok its a little gross for those of you that like your food fully cooked but it is preety good
Take one very tender steak and cut it in to long thin stips (the thinner the better) 1 c or1 1/2c of beef blood (you can get this at the bucher but it needs to be fairly fresh, fresh blood looks dark red and doesn't have much of a smell) 1ts worshirer sauce a couple shakes of garlic
first put blood and worshirer sauce with garlic in the pot and over very low heat . heat till just lukwarm. Do not heat till boiling or the blood is gross and yucky. ok set aside thr blood. Next, and apan set on med heat put a few strips of meat down and count to 10 flip and repeat. now dip warm meat in blood and enjoy. This has a lot of iron in it so if you can't handle a lot iron then only eat 3 strips or you might get stomach cramps

Well this leaves me out, although I like my meat very rare or even raw, I have a low iron tolerance.
