Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
14 ½ oz. can pumpkin 2 eggs, slightly beaten 2 C Sugar 1 C vegetable oil 2 tsp. Milk 2 tsp. Vanilla extract 1 tsp. Salt 2 tsp. Baking soda 2 tsp. Cinnamon 12 oz package chocolate chips 4 C all purpose flour 4 tsp. baking powder
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl, combine pumpkin, eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and chocolate chips. In a separate bowl, blend flour and baking powder. Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture and stir until well combined. On ungreased cookie sheet, use a tablespoon, make small dollops of mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Makes about 48 cookies
