What do you guys know about green cards?

I think I may have lined up a job of a lifetime, but need information and need to get my green card in line.

Best I've been able to understand, in order to be a landed immigrant, I need to fill out my labor certification green card kit, in order to be accepted.

If anybody has any pointers, please let me know.

Actually, if all you intend to do is find work in the USA, but not become a citizen, you probably just need a "work visa".
