Suddenly, the light begins to extend, soon outlining the huge but mostly empty stone hall.

Aside from Rill, Bariel, Arvolion and Sadildir, in the center of the hall stands a stone throne…

[glow=maroon,10,000]”This is the gathering of my oldest companions.”[/glow] The same voice continued, though now it clearly comes from the figure upon the stone throne. [glow=maroon,10,000]”However… There are those who are yet to join us. Ariel Faerie has fallen, killed by Leiton Ashwand’s minions. Her death, though unnecessary, is not to be mourned, for it will open a gateway for her into her new life… Eternal life. However, one of these so-called “heroes” whom elves have invited in desperate attempt to save their pathetic lives, Alessandro carried Ariel’s body from the battlefield before Leiton Ashwand could reclaim her. This is unfortunate, but of little consequence; Alessandro’s choice of direction suggest that he is taking Ariel back to where they came from… The place, called “Windfort”. I know these elves too well; they will want to bring to their capital city of Enstad for the proper burial in the royal crypts… This will be their mistake… And our chance! Sadildir, you have been in the Windfort before, haven’t you?”[/glow]

”Yes, My Lord.” Sadildir says. ”Though the time I spent in there have been brief, I have a perfect understanding of where Princess Ariel will be. They will want to preserve her body, and therefore, they will place her in a magical vault in the basements. They may put some magical wards in place, but nothing I wouldn’t be able to handle, especially with the gifts you have given to me. And it so happened, that I also know a perfect escape route, should we need to leave the Windfort in haste.”

[glow=maroon,10,000]”The path before us is clear, then.”[/glow] The figure upon the throne says. [glow=maroon,10,000]”Arvolion, you will assemble a squad of the best of my guard, and strike against the Windfort. Your primary and only goal is retrieving Ariel: find her, and get away from there. Sadildir, make sure that the route you take is the shortest one, and use the gifts you received from me to animate the bodies of those you kill, so that they could be used to kill or at least slow down the others who would come after you. To my knowledge, the other so-called “hero”, Galadon the Druid, should be in the Windfort by the time Alessandro will return there; these two are to be avoided at all cost, they are too powerful for you to handle.”[/glow]

[OOC:]
EK, nobody look like he or she is about to speak at the moment, so it is probably a good time for Rill to say something, assuming that he wants to say something, that’s it.

I thought I left these Dreamspace behind on the Astral... guess not thought Rill to himself. He did not say anything else, not knowing what the figure before him represented nor what it was capable of.

Friends are not something that someone in my line of work can afford to make. replied Rill, solemnly I will, however, crush the insolent and the insignificant to pave the way for a far greater cause

…And as the figure spoke, Rill felt something strange, something he couldn’t quite put a name to; of one thing he is certain, however, his agreement, though indirect, obviously still was more then mere words.
