Here is the information to allow you to use the Draconic language:
Thank you for coming and I hope that you brought a pen and some paper or have a printer hooked up. We are about to begin our lesson on speaking 'dino', something that you can use to either seriously freak out someone or just mess around with. Now, let us begin. (Note: This information can all be found in your Star Fox Adventures Intruction Manual)
Step 1: Vowels
The vowel system in 'dino' is rearranged in contrast to our English language. It can be translated as follows:
English: A E I O U
Dino: U O A E I
Step 2: The letter 'M'
Unlike everything else, the letter 'm' is a constant. In other words, 'm' is 'm' in both 'Dino' and English. If you cannot grasp this concept, here is a visual:
English: M
Dino: M
Step 3: The Double meaning of the Dino 'O'
Don't let the title freak you out. what this means is that the letter 'y' also means 'o' in dino. In other words:
English: Y
Dino: O
Step 4: Constants
For the rest of the letters, you'll see a system as the are rearranged. It's basically just the letters being grabbed from one area and started there instead of at 'a', but anyways here's what it is:
English: B C D F G H J K L N P Q R S T V W X Z
Dino: R S T V W X Z B C D F G H J K L N P Q
Step 5: Proper Nouns
You'd think that this would apply to all words, right? Wrong. Names, places, and the like are not affected by the transition. Just pronounce them in plain old English (yeah, it's lame). (However sometimes names have to be used in a proper translation eg Alexia = Ucopau.)
Example
Here is a sample sentence in both 'dino' and English:
English: You read this at Arwing Landing
Dino: Oei hout kxaj uk Uhnadw Cudtadw
(oh-ee hoo-oot kah-ag uk oo-nahd-uh coo-tahd-uh)
Yes, I'm aware that is some freaky sounding language that doesn't look like it's pronouncable, but if you listen to the game's characters I'm sure you'll pick it up sooner or later! Keep on practicing (unless, of course, you have a life )!

Hope that's enjoyable.
