[OTG]
This is the thread where the events that affect only the Fiefdom of Seylinfell and the government's response to them will take place. Oblivion is going to represent the Fiefdom of Seylinfell and other players are asked not to make any posts in this thread.

The prince’s agents intercepted a letter written by a scientist Patrick Hilton, which obviously indicate his treason of his feudal lord; but what is confusing is the fact that the letter is addressed to none other but Prince Shevardenzen himself! The essence of the letter, is that the financing Patrick’s researches in attempt to create some bizarre machinery, the functions of which is lost to both prince’s agents the prince himself, have been stopped, and moreover, Patrick fears that feudal lord is going to take his life (which is something his feudal lord has right to do!); and now Patrick begs Prince Shevardenzen for protection and financial support, without which his researches can’t go on anyway. Of course, “the vassal of my vassal is not my vassal”, and supporting a lowborn scientist will likely offend his feudal lord…

After a week of consideration, it has been decided that the prince has no part in this and thus will neither respond or even admit knowledge of it.

After a week of consideration, it has been decided that the prince has no part in this and thus will neither respond or even admit knowledge of it. A few days before this decision was taken, however, Prince’s agents reported that Patrick Hilton attempted to flee from his feud and seek refuge in neighbouring Dominion of Terra DeMortis. Fortunately, the feudal lord’s men captured the scientist, and now he swings for a treason against his feudal lord. Baron Visserius von Holtz sends his sincere appologies to Prince Shevardenzen for not seeing the pointlessness of Patrick’s researches sooner and allowing him to spend so much of budget’s money on his folly. Of course, he does not allow himself to even hope that Prince Shevardenzen would be so kind to compensate his poor feud for the terrible loss of much needed money...

After a much shorter consideration time, An representive of the prince makes a visit to Baron Visserius von Holtz, bringing with a rather unusual proposal. The Prince will compensate the baron`s losses in exchange for Patrick Hilton, and he will then in good time decide his fate. His Majesty, of cause, exspects complete discretion and corporation from the honourable baron.

The obviously frightened Baron Visserius von Holtz wrote to the Prince, that as he must have forgotten to report, the scientist already swings.
He added that no real compensation is needed, as he has found that his feud's situation is not as dire as he intially thought...

By "swings" Baron means that the scientist have been hanged.

Less than a day after Van Holtz letter. A selection of highly trained agents from the NBI* Approach The Baron in his home, having disposed his personal guards. They make the Prince discontent very clear, as well as confiscating his premises and his funds. In the end they give him a proposal between exile on the offcoast islands and "prison". Naturally they remind him, that he will never be alone in his exile, if even the thought treason had crossed him.

The Barony of Harrwood, Baron Visserius von Holtz’s mansion
When the baron was literaly dragged out of his bed (which he shared with some pretty servant girl), the first thing he did was to call for guards. When no guards came, however, he attempted to treat the men with Prince’s justice, before he understood WHOSE men stood before him now. As the understanding finally came to the baron, he fall to the knees, begging to leave him his life and feud, and promissing that from now on, the Prince will never have more faithful vassal.

Unfortunately for him, that was not an option, since the prince had already seen how "loyal" he was. As there can be no witnesses, they gave the pretty maid a fatal injection of air(you die of that right?), And transported the baron and the dead maid to the sea. Where they will dump her in the ocean on the trip to the remote island of Carlel. On this island he will be in contained exile for the rest of his life.

[OTG]I am not sure what do you mean by a fatal injection of air (I am fully capable of translating it; but I am not sure how they make this "fatal injection", and moreover, I have never heard of such a way to kill a person); but I don't doubt that good prince's men had no troubles with finding a clean way to kill a girl (strangling her, is the first that comes to mind). The Baron knew there was no use in trying to resist, and thus he "allowed" the good prince's men to "escort" him to the remote island of Carlel.
Prince's men are currently en route, but the will report to Prince Shevardenzen as soon as their mission will be accomplished.
