The Memphis Belles
"Hey Sugar, just because a gal is purty, doesn't mean that she can't handle a Shooting Iron."

"troublemaker."
If the Witches are the mailed fist, the belles are the velvet glove of Mina. Not only are they the personal guard of Black Rivers, but they are the ladies sent when a more subtle approach is required. They are the personal guard of Mina Devlin. Despite this, they are very much ladies, and woe be the forward gentlemen who takes too many liberties with them.
They are known for their solid-black clothing and shiny colt Peacemakers. However when attending local social functions, they dress in a manner that would make a eastern debutante proud. This combination of gunslinging and social skills makes them extremely dangerous to both life and reputation.
Although the Memphis Belle considers herself getting by in the world through charm and a fast six-shooter, hanging around Mina Devlin and the witches has given these gals some power of their own. Their extraordinary ability to win friends and influence people is just that extraordinary. With a few choice words, these charming ladies can take you to heaven or straight to hell!
While there is no known cases of one of these sultry shootists’ ever leaving Black River’s employment (Mina’s funny that way), they can never gain level’s in this prestige class, although they do retain their previous abilities.

Special: Must have gained the favor of Mina Devlin and been invited to be a part of Black River Railroads.

Bonus feats: At levels 4 and 8, the Memphis Belles gets a bonus feat, chosen from the following list: Alertness, Ambidexterity, Dodge, Dinero, Fill your Hand, Grim Servant o' death, Improved Critical*, Marksman, Point Blank Shot (Fannin', Far Shot, Slip Shot, Precise Shot, Rapid Shot), Quick Draw (Special Draw), Reknown, and Weapon Focus*. Feats listed in parentheses require the feats listed before them as prerequisites. Feats listed with an asterisk may be selected more than once, but if they apply to a weapon, they must be applied to a different weapon each time.
You Call Yourself a Man (Ex): A Memphis Belle can use her sweet but venomous tongue to rip right through an opponent. The Belle makes a Ridicule skill check, and the target must make a Will save with a DC equal to the result. If the Will save is failed, the target suffers a -2 to attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, ability checks, skill checks and saving throws. This lasts for one minute per level of the Memphis Belle. This can be done once per day at level 3, with an additional use
per day gained at both levels 6 and 9.
Play them like a Harmonica: The Memphis Belle is a mistress of playing with people's emotions. the Memphis Belle can tweak the emotions as if an emotion spell has been cast on them as per a spell caster of equal level. The save is based against will verses either a Diplomacy, Intimidate or Ridicule skill (depending on the type of emotional tweak). The Memphis Belle can then use diplomacy or bluff to replace the false emotion that was created. This can be done once per day at level 5 and one additional time per day at level 8.
Wrapped Around Her Little Finger (Sp): A Memphis Belle gets so good at
manipulation that it seems almost mystical in nature. At level 10, the
Memphis Belle can attempt to enthrall a member of the opposite sex.
Once per week, after talking to a fella for 5 minutes or more, the
Belle can affect her target for the next week as per a dominate person
spell cast by a Huckster of the Belle’s character level. The victim is
allowed a Will save at a DC equal to the result of a Diplomacy skill
check made by the Memphis Belle to avoid the effects of this ability.
Once successful, any future use of this power against the same target
is made with a +5 bonus to the DC.
