Any files which you find in the rpg will have their own thread so that you can look back at them when you need to. Also I can answer questions on that thread specific to that file for those who have any questions about it.

Moscow; Research and Testing.

The newly enlisted district to the Umbrella corporation, based on Dr James Marcus, Lord Edward Ashford and Ozwell E. Spencer's original worldwide plan.

The level of experimentation is limited to more research and is not to be known as a fully fledged Umbrella subsection.

Over the past 5 years of it's operation valuable research has been gained, yet the status of the facility will not change until Umbrella's headquaters views it as a testing ground.
