 This is just the basic structure of the city you are all in.Karbana, South Carolina )Made Up City(  This is a very small city, but a lot of activety goes on here. To those who have lived in the city for over 7 years saw it transformed from a small mining town, to a resort city ran by the Ventrue Clan the whole time. Once the Ventrue made the city expand 7 years ago is when most of the history started, and dragged on to this day. The Elysium is held in a Resort Hotel ran by the Ventrue who has his progeny wrapped around this town. The Ventrue's name is, Sir Adam Court, 7th Gen who was once Prince of this city 5 years ago. He is rumoured to hold a grudge for "Giving Up" Prince to build is empire stronger, and not being able to get his title back from the new Prince. Worse then that is the fact that this new Prince is a... Malkavian? Aurthor Vallintine, a 6th Gen Malkavian, is now the new Prince of the city after being in control for 5 years now. However he has been acting quite strange lately, and this once dedicated Camarilla citizen has been reduced to this Paranoid Elder who will not leave is Haven, and sends his Childer, the Senechial, to run the Elysium. Dr. Alexender Vallintine, a 7th Gen Malkavian Senechial, now runs back in forth between the Princes Haven, and the outside world. Nectus Meinable, an 8th Gen Nosferatu Elder, is the Sheriff of the Elysium. He is very knowledgable of the "Lores" of the world, but he only teaches such information to the most respected of the Camarilla. He recentely came across some information that the Black hand themselves are after. This makes the Safe Haven of Karbana in a panic. However he swears to keep this knowledge to himself until he adresses everyone on this matter.

Dr. Alexender has just receintaly stepped down from Senechial and took Keeper of Elysium after the old Keeper was killed in an incedent. Supposidely the old Keeper ashed in the boardering town by a pack of "Lupines", but no one is for sure except for Nectus who was there to come back and report this. The new Senechial is )HeZz's Character?(, a Ventrue of no relation to the owner of the Resort. However, is the reason why she is now Senechial.
Bust-a-Jaw Night Club, one of the biggest night clubs and the only one in Karbana, is owned by a 7th Gen Brujah by the name of Rexford. He is the Harpy of the Elysium, and a dedicated soldger in the Sabbat-Camarilla war of the 1500's. He has up to 4 Childer who serve him from around the States. It is also Rumoured that one of his Childer turned Antitribu during the Anarch Revolt. Maybe that means he had 5 Childers at one time.
The Black Rose Resort is a 3 star resort ran by Adam Court who holds no posistions now, but has more status, and clan status then anyone in the city of Karbana. Does this make him a bitter person? He seems nice to everone who meets him, and he does favors for many people, and collects boons from many of the undead citizen, but never seem to use them for anything. Rexford has been wondering why he will not use them up, it seems to be alot of work to keep track of all he has. He even has alot from other Camarilla cities. The boons he has used was to build, and spread his empire as far as he can get it. He has 5 resorts around the world, and 3 here in the States includeing the one he is in now Charleston, West Virginia.
Back Port Cemetery is home of the local "Giovanni Familiey" who has been tolerated here in this city. Bennie Giovanni, and his Progeny of 12 lives in the morgue, and "handel" all the dead that comes in and out of the place. They have ghouled the Cathlic Church of the city to help them during the day. Also they are known to many of the kindred around here to be one of the biggest Mafia of South Carolina, but thats not saying much.

Gawldin Orbetios, 7th Gen Tremere Elder and head of the Chantry in this city, has been doing minor research of his own on the history between what is goin on here in the city. It is possible that he already knew Nectus's big secret, but he does not talk alot so it hard to find out. It is said he has a Ritual that might be useful to Nectus, but again, this is only rumours. He was also around to watch Author take Prince when Sir Adam had to give it up for some reason.
Sidius Malford, 8th Gen Lasombra Antitribu, has join the ranks of Elders among this city 2 years ago. He is now one of the most feared in the city. He is the Sceirge that has slain alot of "Weird" Kindred that was a threat to the Prince, and the Camarilla. It is said that he had a few of these Weird Ones teach him stuff to be spared, if so he would just send them to the Abyss to live for awhile to reprogram there minds to obey him, and the Camarilla law. He could have an armey of Caitifs basicaly.
That is all the important stuff that circulates the city for now.
