Palladium Conversions - What have YOU Done?

As I truely love the Palladium system, I have found that I convert many of my "modern / sci-fi games/settings to the Palladium system.

My most successful translation of other materials to Palladium has been:
ALIENS RPG
And BUBBLEGUM CRISIS RPG.

Aliens is always just sort of ended up as the second movie did. A team goes in and exterminates or is exterminate by the Xenophobe lifeform. Not really that deep, but fun none-the-less.

My most successful endeavor at converting material to the Palladium system has been my conversion of Bubblegum Crisis. This has been a wonderful experience. It took me over 2 yeasrs to convert almost everything (and I'm still not done yet!), but it has been the most rewarding. The Setting itself is great and all of my games turned into something like the series but with more "Shadowrun Style" elements to it. There are NO elves running around, but it seemed like the PCs always wanted to hack into BIG CORPORATE mainframes and dig up dirt, or some ushc craziness. All this with the BIG CORPS nearly endless supply of funds to hunt hackers down, makes things turn into Mech Action goodness. Ahh, good times.

My latest forray into conversions has been with the COWBOY BEBOP setting. A stright N&S conversion.

I have also been toying with the idea of Doing a TWILIGHT 2000 type conversion as well. Alas, I was waiting for RECON: Modern Combat to be released, but as well all probably know, that will never happen. *sighs*

So, what type of things have you done with the Palladium System? Conversions, Settings, or just fun stuff implemented using the Pal system?

So far most of the conversions I have done have been on Mechs designed by Shoji Kawamori and company, (Macross mostly)

Eh, never did much conversion. Bout the only thing I ever did was place Naruni missles in a Metal Siren.

Never actively tried to convert anything to PB system, though I have been tempted to convert the Dragonlance and Spelljammer settings from old AD&D, as I love both settings but feel the old AD&D system (and the new D20 system) don't give players enough flexibility to fully enjoy either.

DL would be easy to convert as all levels are frozen at 15th (max level the rules tend to go to in PB), the Knights of the Shield, Sword, and Rose can be portrayed by Squire OCC, Knight OCC, and Palladin OCC respectively, and the mages and priests need only cosmetic changes. Sure there'd be more to it to do it right, but it'd take fewer changes than most other systems or settings.

Spelljammer consists mostly of setting and spaceship rules that can be converted almost directly to PB, but most of the races would need a full conversion to RCC.

I used to have fun with Spelljamer, We even got stuck on the Spelljamer herself for quite a while,with three of us having "ultimat helm" artifacts, but when the group broke up I did not bother with any D&D game again, (we went from Forgoten relms to Spelljammer, and we had fun with their too)

Man, we used to love Spelljammer back in the day. We had all sorts of fun playing smugglers using stolen Nautiloids and Mindspiders to smuggle stuff through ithillid and neogi territory. We always visited "Large Luigi's" bar, which was on the Rock of Braul(sp?) in our campaign. We were so pissed off when they made Large Luigi some sort of "Beholder Messiah" in later books since he was so fun as a bartender before.

A GM friend of mine is into both RIFTS and Mech-warrior, and translated my 100 ton jump jet equiped battle mech into RIFTS Earth. Boy did I kick but big time.

I've often thought about having a mishap occur during a Tannhauser jump and deposit a CNCS Heavy Gear Squadron and their transport on either Phase World or Rifts Earth itself.

On the topic of coversions, I've done plenty in my hay day. I used to have Gunsmith Cats conversions, albeit loose ones, on my web site before THE MAN asked me to take them down.

I've also converted a couple of classes from anime and video games. For instance, an equivalent of what Sol Badguy and Ky Kiskey were from Guilty Gear X.

My most ambitious and as of yet unfinished project was a complete Magic Knight Rayearth conversion. I still have most of the excellent OCC's that I made for that. Again, THE MAN asked me to take them down...

I was going to convert Rayearth over to Fuzion instead, that being my all time favorite system, but after Exalted came out, it almost made more sense to convert it to that system. A slow work in progress...

I also someday hope to do Slayers conversions, unless the Guardians of the Order D20 version is any good. Only time will tell.

As for those Bubblegum Crisis conversions, despite my ownership of the most excellent R Talsorian BGC RPG, I would like to see what you did, Omote.
