OMG! -_-! I just realized that sounded worse than I meant it! k. let me explain. As a succubus, she can take the form of any male/female demi-race. An incubus is just a succubus in male form. (TSR and WotC Frelled that up.) So when I said 'mostly' I simply meant 'most of the time she will be in the form of a' ! Ahhhh... I feel better now. *wipes brow*

She looks good VS......when you're ready, make your introduction post onto the rp thread. At the moment, the party is resting, but they need to decide if they should go thru the Northern door, which leads into an alcove, and then a hallway. Or the Western door, which leads into a small hallway directly.

Nov 21 to Nov 25, OW and myself will be on vacation......and without a computer*gags from withdrawal symptoms*
Hopefully, you'll have all decided before then if you are entering the room you're all standing outside of now, or deciding to either continue down the hall you're in, or go back to the other hallway from the "dead Paladin" room.
Everyone please figure out what you're doing by Tuesday, so OW and I can post the next scene. Thanks.

Hi peoples. I've made my last official move for a little while in the game. I'm takin a weeks vacation to Michigan, so I'll be without a computer for a while. I may get the chance once or twice to log on, but there's no guarantee of that. Hopefully it won't be that big a pain.

Deyv has not posted since January 18th....perhaps it's time to move the game along, if all players are still with us?

I typically give the players one day, maybe two to post actions. If they don't, I post an action for them which may be as simple as them standing doing nothing. One guy quit posting, and in an encounter, his Bladesinger went down to -400 hit points. (100 of which Fiona inflicted upon him)

Hmmm... Kerap has a really good idea there...
When I play at home, if one of the players are late for a game, then I (as the DM) will take over their character, and play for them so that the game can continue on time... I wouldn't do something like just having their character stand there like a tard while taking damage though...
So, after reading what Kerap posted,... I think that it is extreamly reasonable that if a player doesn't post something after a maximum of 48 hours (minimum of say 36), then the DM should post something for them to keep the game moving...
I don't think that the DM should post something like "Bob's character just stands there."... A good DM, and Role Player, would take over the character and play the character correctly... as the player would post for their character if they were posting...
If the player doesn't post for 3 days (without any kind of notification to the DM), then the DM should try to make contact with the player inorder to find out what the hold up is...
If the player doesn't post for two - three weeks, and the DM can't contact the player, then the DM should find a way to remove the character from play without killing them (like having them suffer an injury that requires them to stay at a hospice for an extended peroid of time)...
That way, if they had an accident, or unforseen circumstances prevented them from posting, and they came back, then they could continue...
I think that is a great idea... and since I already do it with late players at home, it would make things alot easier to continue in a play by post game too... when I start a Play by post game, I'll certainly make that a rule...
By the way... None of the comments about "the DM" that I made in this post are directed at LWW specificly,... I just like it alot, and think that it is a really good idea... I think that every DM should at least consider useing a rule like this.
Thanks Kerap...

Being the co-dm, OW and I are taking turns directing the rooms of the dungeon. Unfortunately, we have lost a couple of players, and it seems that Deyv has joined this lot.
I would like to see this thread get moving along again. OW, will be finishing off the current room, working around Deyv, as you did with Masurume. Then it will be my turn.
Kerap, I'm think you're still with us in this game.....EK, Tellyna, LemurBoy, DarkWalker......what say you?
