Working on a character and need some help with him/her? Post it here and lets get some ideas going.
Here's one I've been working on:
Name: Marie Age: 19 Height/weight: 5'7" / 118 Ibs Deep, dark red hair, darker blue eyes {Hair is long, think, wavy} Race: Human (Vampire) Class: Rogue/Thief Pet: Small white mouse, carried around in a waist pouch or shoulder bag. Name is Jules. Mother: Verna Father: Christoff Sister: Angelica Uncle: Vincent or Vaughn. Background: Parents are kind and loving, sister is self-centered, obsessive, tends towards delusions of granduer . Uncle is stern but kind and is Marie's mentor. Marie is rebellious, kind hearted, adventurous... Family is well off, live in a big manor or tudor type of home in a country side, close to a smaller city/village.

looks like you have a well rounded character. What kind of help were you looking for? Mind you I have only played vampire masqurade once. I enjoyed it and I did get a pretty good feel for it. I have also studied vampires in general as I had several players (and an x girlfriend) who were really into vampires so I'll try to offer what insight I can.

Well I'm not really sure what to do with her, like for alignment....she's a thief, but good natured to a point, and being a vampire........see what I mean?

If going by DnD standards, the 5'9" height is on the very tall side for an elf.....I'd go more with 4'9", 89 lbs....and the age, 15 is a babe in diapers.....a teen would be about 70 yrs old.
The info you have listed is more towards Lord of the Rings format, but the age would still be older.
If you still want the height in DnD, then she would probably be a half-elf then.

So what prompted Cora to study magic? Was it for racial reasons? Perhaps the youngest daughter of every family is offered as apprentices to a local guild. Maybe she's following in the footsteps of another family member? Also, what is her familly like, what do her parents do? Does she have any siblings? What about pets? Hope some of this helps you. JSUN
