((Just full RP without Munchkinism. Playing as your favorite god from any known Mythology. The thing stopping it from being munchkiny will happen as we play.))
Rumbling was felt on every plane of every cosmology. The quaking was caused by the concentration of power. All powers divine were meeting at the Plane of the Outlands. The petitioners of the plane were trembling by the size of all the auras.
As they past a certain point their powers began to be supressed and the shaking stopped. By the time they reached the center, they were unable to use any magic divine, arcane or extraordinary.
They stood in front of The Great Spire looking at the top at the one known as the Jaregtal, the Bane of the Gods. It was wrapping itself around the gargantuan tower and began to drain it of its power.
The sky began to grow dark, the plantlife began to die, the petitioners and other wildlife began to fall asleep or fade from existence all together. A dark day for the gods it would be unless something was done.

Bast walked up to the magic stone tower and looked at the creature wrapping itself around the spire. She fel great hatred, for she was the only one who truly knew its origin or what the purpose of this tunt was. She withdrew her weapon that automatically turned to flames and diguised the shape.
"I'm going to damn this vile creature to the depths of underworld." She looks over to the other gods and goddesses, "Are you all going to stand there and watch the undoin of existence itself or are you going to act like the the gods you are?!?"
(If you don't think I would know the god/goddess you are, just explain them a little more. In more cases than not I know a little about them being the mythology freak I am.)

Hod turned his head at the sound of Bast`s voice and said. My unsight forbids me to see this, what is it that has fell upon us? He could hear it, and though it seem like the prophecies of Ragnarok had come to their beginning. He was sure it wasn`t, it was too soon, so much to be done, so much that had yet to be forfilled.
(Hod is the blind norse god of winter and darkness and it is him who gets tricked by Loke into killing his brother Balder, with a arrow of mistletoe)

Bast turned at the sound of the bling god, before she could answer, Ares, a god from another pantheon and world altogether answered, "It is not just the end of this world, but the end of them all! The filthy serpent Jeregtal is attempting to drain the worlds of all divine power!" He took a large spear and threw it into its hide. Either than a low growl, there was no reaction.
