Oh they're there... In the Inquistion war series they are there... One of the main characters in that series is a squat... And if you look in the guardsman Codex it does features squats... You can't really buy them and they dont have special rules anymore but they're there.

They arn't different from guardsmen in gameplay terms but they can be bought as models and distinguished from the rest of the army. ;D

Ya well they're only human... Remember 1 point of strength makes the difference between a Human and a space marine.

I hate Eldar and the Space Marines with a passion although the Marines top the list currently.
I think, poll wise, the Space Marines should've been a seperate choice than the rest of the imperium. There is a huge difference between a guardsman/ sister and a marine.

Storyline wise whats the difference? In the stories the Imperial Guard are 1000x that of the marines... considering by how much they outnumber the marines and how big their ships are... Sisters of battle are right there with marines its just that noone plays them... But hey whatever... Its storyline wise buddy not in-game. ;D

The only thing that makes them similar is that they both belong to the "Imperium". Their technology, beliefs, even physiology are noticably different. The SOB are the linchpin of the two, Humans of the Eclisearchy (sp) with SM technology. As far as numbers go there are what, 1 000 000 to 1.5 million Space Marines to untold Billions of Guardsmen.
