1) Basic history - only a short paragraph outlining important bits 2) Character's demeanor and personality - just a few words or a short sentence 2) Primary Hammer - how you usually use your hammer element 3) Credentials or qualifications 4) Special Equipment - either those that you were able to smuggle in (since you're only allowed basic luggage as a refugee) or could bring along on account of your credentials or background.

Jerek Verstand I shall be.
Basic History: Jerek worked as a common labourer for most of his life. However, secretly he operated with a small criminal organization. He used his Hammer to keep himself from being found out by authoraties, but things were getting rather hot. When the Halebrian guild was distroyed, he saw it as a way to escape his past and start anew.
Character's demeanor and personality: Jerek is very untrusting, though for those he trusts and beleves in, he is a stout supporter. He usually seems rather bland, but that is only to keep his Hammer in check.
Primary Hammer: Jerek rarly uses his Hammer since it is quite obvious he is doing something that most people shouldn't be able to do. When he does use it, it is usually to cut energy expenditure, like bringing a piece of paper over from the other side of a room. He only uses his telepathy with those he trusts. He excells at combat due to his temporal awarness, though many are able to best him with skill. Due to his Anvil, Jerek's Hammer changes in strength depending on his emotions, as such, he tries to keep a neutral emotion.
Credentials or qualifications: Jerek worked in a construction warehouse and is licenced to do that type of work.
