Personally, I prefer my green/blue deck. All I need is one Wirewood chaneller, one other elf, a counterspell (just in case), a stream of life, a Pemmin's Aura, and a hurricane. If I can get out my Quanar, Crush of Wurms, and Boomerang, all the better. Have the elf and the chaneller out. Play Pemmin's aura on the chaneller, boom I have an infinite mana supply. Every time I tap the chaneller, I net at lease one mana of my choice in color. Use the Pemmin's Aura's ability to untap it, and repeat the cycle. Play the stream of life to gain 9.9999999x10^999999 life, then hurricane everything for 100000 damage. I also have quite a bit of self-eat built in, so I almost always get what I want. For some fun, use the infinite mana combo to put out a Mischevous Quanar, then play Boomerang and copy it with the Quanar however many times I need to in order to put everything in play that I want to into their owner's hands. Play Crush of Wurms, then copy it a billion times. Or how about infinite Bribery's vs a tribal deck? Oh, you gonna counter my Bribery? Fine, I copy your counterspell and use the copy to target your counterspell. Oh, can't forget putting a second Pemmin's Aura on a Tim... Ping 'em to death. Muahahahahahahahahahah!
Ahem, sorry... but I like my Green/blue deck.

OK, I just recieved some information on 2ed, so now I realize how screwed up my char. must be... hold with me and I'll try to do it correctly tomorrow, I sould have the time then. Until then, just assume my character is a general mage... with some personality quirks.

History: A general outcast in his hometown, Spark lived with his father untill he hit puberty. Futtynudgekins... ahem, I mean darn.
I am highly interested, but unfortunately I only know 3rd edition... if someone could teach me 2nd, I would be extremely gratefull. Of course, I completely understand if that would be too much of a burden or anything on anyone. Well, if I can play, then I would like whatever the equivalent to a Sorcerer would be, with any sort of a spell-slot-increasing or stealth improving magic item allowed. Aw, heck... I might as well get into some detail.
Name: Spakinal Avoram a.k.a. Spark Race: Half Elf Class: Sorcerer Height: 5'10" Weight: 150lbs Garb: Home made black cloak over a red tunic. A fairly superstitious man, he is never seen without his charm necklace which he aquired from his father. Weapons: Aside from spells, his cloak is lined with throwing daggers. He also uses an ebony quarterstaff as a walking stick. This staff was passed down to Spark from his grandfather... Spark is still unaware of any magical properties the staff may or may not possess. General looks: His pale blue eyes are shadowed by his hip long black hair. This hair is almost always braided in a pony-tail and is often used to hold spell components. A finger length scarr runs down his left cheek. Quirks: Highly protective of his charm necklace. Often walks with a limp, using his staff as support, simply to get attention.

Heh, don't think so... Spark says as he grabs the fallen cat-o-nine from under the statues foot. No slashing weapons for you. He then slides the whip down the hallway, away from the battle.

Heh, this is almost not worth the possibility of treasure... almost. Spark says as he backs away from the statues slowly... thinking frantically of spells he might have to affect stone. crap. He says as he realizes his dillema. let's try this without setting it on fire. Spark says as he casts another web on a cat-like statue.

Yup, fire's a no-no. Spark notes as he frantically tries to think of another idea. Well, in any case... I don't like these razors flying at me. He murmers just before casting an Armor spell on himself.
Hey guys, wasn't there mention of magical weapons in there? Perhaps they'll help destroy these things!

Spark half smirks C'mon now Waldo, I'm just trying to help out man. It's not like I can do much about anything in there. That's your guys' problem... I'll just try to keep thing cooled down around here. He then makes the motions and words to create a sheet of fire directed at the Cat-O-Nineteens.Sorry, guess I'm just making things heat up around here. Y'know, this isn't the first time a trap has gone off because of recklesness. Maybe we should learn from these.

(O.O.C.- A couple of Questions: Are these statues normal humanoid height? Are these whips made of leather or material? )
Spark, having been ready for something along these lines, attempts to stay out of the way of the flailing whips. Once out of range of the razors, he glances at Jarvin. So, what do you suggest we do about these Cat-O-Nineteens? I don't think fire will have much of an effect...
Hey! You guys in there! Something activated these things, try to find something to deactivate them! A button or something could easily be hidden in the wall or floor colors! He voices past the Cats-O-Nineteen Tails. Then he begins to cast a web in the arcway, attempting to catch the statues.

Spark, sure that no good can come from the statues, stays near the arcway... keeping his web in hand. You guys can go ahead and check it out... Jarvin and I will stay here and look out for anything coming from the rear. Besides... weapons really aren't my thing. He says while leaning against the arcway, feet ready for some action.

Spark calmly and smoothly walks away from the dust room and into the glove room, his face turning a light shade of red. Just inside the room, he finally lets out his breath, through his nose first to expell dust from it, then his mouth. Before breathing back in, he moves to the opposite end of the room. After a few breaths, he moves back out to the hallway, a bit back from the group. We really need to be of lighter foot from now on. This archway seems pretty inviting, wouldn't you say so guys?

Why, thankee much Telly. Spark replies after catching the robes. Once he pockets the gems, he removes his cloak, dons his new robes, then throws his cloak on over the robes. Not too shabby methinks, could use a bit less starch, but 'tis a fair article of clothing. I guess we're off then. He says while limping to the room Jarvin just entered, spider's web in hand.

Yes, yes, this is all fine and dandy guys... but if we're done here, I suggest we keep going. Spark says, as he catches himself staring at Telly.
I take it you don't need my staff anymore then Telly? If you don't mind, He says as he begins to stride towards her. My staff means a lot to me. He then takes his staff back, a smile on his face, and limps to the pile that the tigress is searching through. Need any help? He says as he begins shuffleing through the pile
