Anti-scrying techniques.
I'm trying to find some cheap methods to negate/manipulate people who scry.
I am open to any and all suggestions

umm... and there are some cheap ways to do this too.
-Use somebody else's name (don't make a name up, learn the names of barkeeps etc.). -Do not own anything (you can borrow stuff). always use a disguise, and change it often (that might at least confuse the scrying party). -do not talk to too many people (so they're less likely to remember or recognise you). -avoid habits and mannerisms (or better yet, develop new ones for your disguises). -remember to collect all arrows/slingstones other thrown stuff (ok, so you didn't own them in the first place, but better safe than sorry).
these aren't fool-proof, but make the scrying a less useful tool against you, and increases the general paranoia about your character (always a good thing).

for objects, remember to encase stuff in lead, and if you like your privacy, make sure whatever sanctum or home you live in has at least a half inch of lead around every place that you relax or discuss things of importance. This is not entirely cheap, but it does help.
magic items imbued with nondetection.
and go with the constant changes of disguise, at least partially. but most of nodwyck's tricks dont help as when theyre scrying all they need is one item of yours and your hosed because all they need to do is scry you once to realize they can always do it.
best bet against scrying? find those who scry and eliminate them. Quickly.
