Woot! There we go. ;D By the way, would there be any problems with Spec finding his lost "rat" friend...Puc? He's pretty much a loner himslef, and mainly a form of friendship Spec keeps close. Kinda on the same order as Minsc & Boo, although Puc's a fairly intelligent pet. He can perform simple tasks...for what a rat can handle, but doesn't attack or have any special powers or anything. As I said, he's pretty much a loner himself, with respect to his "kind", and he's actually neutral, as opposed to CE that normal Cranium Rats are. Spec & Puc...cell buddies!!

Keep in mind that despite having a bit of intelligence, Puc has no compulsion to stay with Spec, so I see nothing wrong with him leaving.

There, my character is up. Though I have not played or even seen the Planescape setting before, I have read the Manual of the Planes from cover to cover thoroughly many times so I have a good grasp on the subject i believe. That will show itself in time.

Hello, people, I am ready to start playing anytime!
My knowledge about the planes is actually rather limited too, for even though I have some knowledge about the planes, I have very little actual practice with them. I was effectively thrown to the planes about a year (Torilian) ago, but I didn't have time to really explore them, as I was immediately pulled in other people's conflicts only to get double-crossed a few times... *sigh* ...Anyway, I've been in Sigil a few times too, but I've always been too busy to learn anything about it, and don't even know anything about the Factions.
I'll post a thread with enlarged image of myself soon (either later today, or tomorrow), and I'll update my personal infomation more or less soon too, adding more details about my appearance and personality, and possibly making my personal history more detalized too.

We have 4 players so far. The game will start in either one week or until we get at least 2 more players - whichever comes first.

From "Rules and announcements" thread: Combat procedures will follow the 2nd edition format with Combat and Tactics Option. Can you be a little bit more specific here, EK? Some of us have very little experience with 2nd edition and moreover haven't read "Combat and Tactics" book at all. So, could you please prvide those of us who haven't read "Combat and Tactics" book with whatever basics we need to play this online RPG?

Certainly, but you won't have to worry about learning anything new that you don't already know. The way combat will be run from the game perspective is that you give me your actions, I formulate actions for all other parties, and I'll do all the dicework and post the results of the round. Since you won't see any die rolls and you are allowed to try just about anything, I'm listing the source books for those rules lawyers who want to calculate probabilities and combinations, etc and so that the rest of you can be aware of where I'm drawing information from.

I must admit I was confused as to why you wanted to make a party involving the ability to play various level characters, like 9+ lvl and 1st lvls. Although I must say I can't read your mind, so I'm not sure what you're planning. haha! ;D

I'm holding off on all further posts in the Salt Mephit tavern until Selenya and Arcaneye have gotten a little further - they're lagging behind in the timeline.
K'Zan and Spec - feel free to post your responses to my last post, but be aware that a response to that might take a while.

<-- To K'Zan and Spec the Damned only --> K'Zan calls out into the unfurbished room, but no one responds. A wind blows through the rubble, causing the door to slam shut again. You hear the sound of the door's latch falling into place. You are in pitch blackness. Off to your side, from some indeterminate place, a small voice chuckles to itself. Am I right to assume that I didn't have time to follow K'Zan and Spec into the building (as I would have done, if I was given the time to post this) before the door slammed shut?
