Couple of things... First off, it's Evelyn, not Evilyn. Evilyn was a villian from Masters of the Universe. Second, is it ok if I bring Evelyn up a level? I know she wasn't planned as a replacement for Grimnoor, but I do believe that new PCs come in a level lower then their predecessors. Sound good?

YES! Just enough XP for Palai to reach 6th level. I don't know about the rest of that treasure, but those gauntlets of ogre power are mine.

Yeah, bump her to 5th. That sounds good. I think most of the party is 6th by now, so that's fair.

well what was i supposed to talk about? "oh hello there, i'm an elf, and you don't like elves cause they steal your people and cross-breed with them, so i'll save myself the trouble and ignore you all."

Well, I would like to point out that the first person Turjan talked to, Listmistress Silverheart is a half-elf and I specifically pointed that out when he spoke to her. So, obviously elves are at least tolerated. Also, considering you were the invited guest of the head of the second largest trading house in the city, no one is likely going to directly insult you by ignoring you. The truth is, you never even bothered to try.
I spent a lot of time planning that session out. It took hours to find those pictures and put them together, plus I had about 8 pages of dialogue for the partygoers, never mind finding a fair number of period pieces to listen to. I was not exactly happy when you decided to play wall flower yet again. I really had no choice about the xp awards. It would not be fair to the other players to give you the same rewards as them when they took the time and effort to engage the NPC's and you did not. I'm sorry if that makes you angry, but, I think it's probably a good thing in the long run.
This campaign is going to have a LOT of roleplay from now on. You guys are at the level where you can actually be noticed by the people in power and that means they are going to want to talk to you. If you decide to go the privateer route, kill xp is going to be negligable since it will be divided so many ways. How much xp can you expect when its divided 150 ways?
So, in the future, when you are handed a golden opportunity to advance your character and the plot like that, take it. I am not going to hand things like that out just to prevent you from participating.

Well, you have to keep in mind Endil's mentality, he's quite the angsty type, in addition to being rather antisocial. He wasn't designed for roleplay, as a lot of my characters are, actually, he wasn't disigned to be much of anything... I think I failed my Craft(Character Sheet) roll when making him or somthing cause most of my characters are actually decent in combat, with some small roleplaying proporties, but Endil just was bad... Anyway since I'm now running some games of my own, and getting a feel for RP, I should be able to step up my talking and stuff now, but Endil is going to take a rest along with the many other characters that either didn't work, or never got used (Including everything from a human fighter to a psionic cleric to a dragon or two). I've been looking over some Dragon Mags and I'm liking what I'm seeing, so if I do ditch Endil (which I likly will, he's really kinda useless for the two main components of RPGs, the first being roleplaying and the second being combat) expect something wierd. However, Endil will be attending tomorrow's session, though chances are, it'll be his last, unless he somehow makes a return at higher levels, after going on some vision quest or something to get him more talkative. I however will be late for tomorrow, so don't wait up for me. PS: If you find it hard to follow my train of thought, don't worry, I tend to meander and just write (or say) whatever happens to be on my mind at that time, one reason why I've never really grasped the concept of paragraphs since my thoughts just flow from one to the next, all relevent and a part of one thought (well, to me). I've been learning to stop myself however! Like now. C'ya all tomorrow.

Rewards for up to June 4, 2004. (Note, these are rewards for three sessions, so, even though there wasn't much combat, the RP rewards are pretty high.)
I'm trying something new. I'm looking at the total number of posts in a given session and then looking at the quality of the posts. By quality I mean how much are they "in Character" or just posts. So, while number of posts is important, quality counts too. I then rate the posts overall from 1 to 10 and multiply the total number of posts by that number to come up with an RP reward. We'll see how it works. I'm also counting posted material in the RP threads in this too.
In no particular order:
Evelyn: 603 xp Palai: 525 xp Turjan: 2889 xp Apoctus: 942xp Nate/Myrfol: 1137 xp Chey: 620xp Kelly: 2462 xp With a bonus 500 xp for your work on the Tallywacker. You put in a lot of effort to that and thanks. Also, an additional 1000 xp bonus for your work in the Journals. You have consistently posted excellent campaign journals, well done. For a total of: 3962 xp.
