Gamer God(dess!) Can't even begin to count the campaigns, characters, and systems I've used. And I still have trouble with the dice.
I'm just shy of 25 years of playing. Started in 1979 with 1E D&D, played all through high school and college. I'm now teaching my youngest son 2E D&D (those are the books I have).

Hehe! My youngest (11) is into Deadlands too, thanks to the corrupting influence of Lewd/Shades. Now if my oldest (12) would just see gaming for the creative outlet that it is! I'm expecting D&D books, etc on my youngest's gift list too! Next Generation Gamers! ;D

~I myself selected 5 years, though the figure is closer to four. I started in the year 2000/2001 with Warhammer Quest of all things, then slowly moved up to Warhammer Fantasy Role Play and RP'ing online on forums such as this. Recently as my RP has been waning I've been trying to set up a D&D group after buying the books, and next year I may also be going to try Live Action RP.~ Ayix grins widely and looks excited. ~I cant wait!~

Well I fall into the Gamer God department (slight bow)however I owe it all to God... At our church the Preacher would be the Gamemaster and the adults would play (after church mind you), they went and bought us the red box set and a hardback players handbook (1981) to keep us occupied outside at the picnic table and I have created gaming groups around the world ever since!

I started with Das Schwarze Auge something like... 17 years ago, I think, maybe 18 years. Started AD&D (2ed) in 1990, so almost 14 years ago now.

I've been in for 9 years so far, staring off with 1st edition D&D and moving up to 2nd. I'm all White Wolf now, and I'm trying to start up a group here in college, but its proving to be extremely difficult - even bringing people into the fold is tough. Who would've thought that there'd be so few RPGers, and so many anti-RPGers at a Tech school?
