Abundance for the Future Ritual
Today marks the Jewish holiday of Rosh Hashanah, for the Jewish year 5764. This day is also celebrated as the birthday of Adam and Eve. For an abundance ritual today, you will need a yellow candle, an apple, a carrot, honey, and if possible some raisins and a pomegranate and symbols of peace and prosperity such as a dove, a rainbow, or the peace symbol. Gather the items on your altar, light the candle, and say:
By the light of this candle all are warmed, Just as the yellow Sun brings forth life. New realities are drawn from the glowing energy of this sacred flame. I am the creator, I am the creation, I am the universe, I am a minute speck of dust. I am part of all things, and they are part of me. I am at peace. Touch the fruit and symbols, and say: Ancient fruits of wisdom, I relish your goodness and embrace your truths. I celebrate your abundant essences. Bless my body and spirit, And nourish me. I am the creator, I am the creation, I am the universe, I am a fruit of the Earth. I am part of all these, and they are a part of me. This abundance is always with me. So mote it be.

Elemental Elixir
Recharge your health and energy with the warmth of the Sun. Place a small carnelian stone in a clear glass bowl, pouring some spring water over top of it. Move a clean feather gently above the water’s surface in a spiral pattern, visualizing the air cleansing the water and blowing the gunk away. Let the water sit in sunlight for three hours, and then make it into some green tea. Remember to remove the carnelian from the water before you boil it. As you drink the tea down, feel the power of the Sun, as well as the elements, healing and recharging your body and mind.

Home Protection Ritual
Watched over by the Moon, Monday is the day of home and family. For a spell to protect your home, light a stick of sage incense and carry it through the house, making sure to wave the smoke over all windows and doors. Imagine your home as a place of perfect safety, and say:
Stern is the mountain that touches the sky, Bright is the tower that guards the palace. Sweet is the wine that runs from the chalice. Deep is the wellspring that never runs dry. Broad is the river that never narrows; Safe is this house against all harm come nigh. Finally, bury the stub of the incense in your yard.

Eliminate Office Politics Spell
This potent spell will eliminate negativity and negative office politics from your place to work. To start, gather a half-cup of fresh lemon verbena flowers and a pint of boiled water. Let the water cool to just under boiling. Add the lemon verbena, and stir and meditate on this herb’s pleasant scent and its power to purify. Steep it for thirty minutes, and strain the water into a spritzer or atomizer. Spritz the office, especially the corners and doors, and afterward, keep the magic alive by beginning each day with a spritz of the infusion. For an added boost, make yourself a tea of lemon verbena once a week. This will remind you to be pleasant and not engage in negative office politics.

Guardian Angels Spell
Today is the feast day of the guardian angels. In common Catholic religious belief, each person is assigned an angel of his or her own, who protects the person’s body and spirit. Although the Church never made the belief part of their official dogma, in 1608 the Pope named October 2 as the day the angels would be honored. The concept of an individual angelic protector is common to Judaism and Islam as well. It can be traced back to the beliefs of the ancient Greeks, Egyptians, and Persians. In Santeria, the guardian angel is associated with the orisha (god) Osun. Osun is the protector of the home. His symbol is a small silver cup with a rooster on top and bells suspended from the rim. The cup is placed in the home for protection, usually at the top of a closet or some place where it cannot be disturbed. If the cup falls over, it is considered a very bad omen.

Freyja’s Love Ritual
One of the greatest and perhaps the most well-known of all the goddesses of the Norse pantheon is Freyja. Her name can mean “to make love” or “to court,” so she is an important figure for those petitioning for love. Friday is Freyja’s day, and green is her color. Today wear gold jewelry, especially a gold necklace, which evokes the power of Brisingamen, her magical necklace. Since Freyja is a solar goddess, the following ritual should take place during daylight, but before you go outdoors. Start the ritual by burning both a green and a pink candle, and asking Freyja to show you a sign that love will come your way soon. Offer her a cup of mead or beer, or some suitably festive beverage. Meditate on Freyja for a time, then, when you leave the house, keep an eye open for a sign from her. If you see a cat that is the color of one of Freyja’s cats (gray or white), you know that Freyja has heard your prayer. Greet and pet the cat if at all possible. If no cat appears today, try this spell on another Friday.

Shower Balancing Spell
As you shower today, take a little extra time to clear and balance your energy field. If you don’t shower, use this opportunity to perform a visualization exercise. First, stand under the water spray and see it wash you clean of negative influences. See the water as white light, cleansing you of all tensions, fears, or pains. Then, visualize these things spiraling away from you and going down the drain. See the water turn to red light. As it flows over you, your root chakra is energized. The water gradually becomes orange, then yellow, green, indigo, and violet, in turn energizing each of your chakras as it changes colors.
In the end the water becomes white once more, balancing and harmonizing your energy field.

Atonement Ritual
Rituals of release and cleansing are traditionally practiced by observant Jews on this Day of Atone-ment (Yom Kippur). It is thought to be a time of judgment and new beginnings. In the spirit of starting fresh and preparing for the winter days of reflection and release, you can honor the traditions of Yom Kippur with this spell. To start, place three candle holders with white candles on a cloth that represents your hopes and dreams for the coming year. Open a window, so that the energies will easily depart from you, and light the first candle, saying:
I light this white candle to free me of all vows, oaths, and promises that I have made, but have been unable to fulfill in the past year. May all these pass into the universe as simple wishes for a better time. May they be released and cleansed.
Light the second candle, and say:
I light this white candle to burn away these commitments. May these vows, oaths, and promises melt on the wind as if they were never uttered. May this release my spirit from any obligations that may have been drawn to me.
Light the third candle, and say:
I light this white candle to begin anew, to dedicate myself to the finest that is in me. May the universe be blessed by my presence within it. My spirit is true

Opening and Closing Ritual
Today is a great time for clearing negative energy from your home. To start you will need to choose four gray candles that will remain lit for five to seven days. Light the first candle and move throughout your home carrying the candle banishing the negative energies. Arrange your walk throughout your home so that you end up at a door. Open the door and request that any negative entities leave. Once you begin to sense that they are gone, invite good entities into your home through the open door. You should continue this ritual for the next three days, being sure each time to invite good energy into your home to replace the negativity you are chasing away. Do not manually extinguish the candles.

The stress relivever
Sit in a cosy spot have a pillow near by then think about the person who tick you off the most. Then.......wait for all the tention to build then beat the crap out of said pillow or hold said pillow over face and SCREAM ;D Then stop when hands start to bleed or throat is raw. You find that all the stress is gone. Yes I know it not a really spell but it works. Also to all Wiccans I do not believe this breaks the 3by 3 rule but it does work great when you can't tell off certin people.

Sharess, you're a life saver.....got all caught up in work yesterday, and you posted a spell for October 9. Thanks...and don't worry over the 3 times law, not everyone who is Pagan is Wiccan. For example, I'm a Hellenic Witch; SSD is a Hellenist, while MjolnirH is Asatru, and we don't follow the rule of three.

Developing Your Inner Warrior Spell
The sign of Aries is associated with the planet Mars and with its deep warrior energy. Today, on the Full Moon in Aries, is a good time to work on developing warrior strength and building a solid base of internal spiritual fortitude. Though we often need to learn compromise and skills of negotiation in modern society, there are times when we also need to develop and use the ability to defend and empower ourselves when we feel weak or low in confidence. To prepare for this spell, gather a cushion, a red candle, and a small pouch with several small garnet, ruby, or carnelian stones. In view of the rising Full Moon, sit comfortably on the cushion and light the red candle, placing it several feet in front of you. Gaze into the red candle light, and visualize yourself as strong, upright, and full of confidence and power. Tell yourself, too, that this is not a power that you intend to abuse, but it is a strength that will help you direct your will in a good way. Meditate in this way for ten minutes each day until the next Full Moon. As you meditate each day, handle the red stones that you have placed in the pouch. Also, carry the pouch around your neck and near your heart each day until you have finished the sequence of meditations running from Full Moon to Full Moon. This pouch will remind you of the strength you are building.
